The owner/management were so considerate of my needs and willing to work with me. I had ordered a treadmill and then within a week of it arriving was told by doctors I needed hip surgery for an injury, so I could no longer use my brand new treadmill. Brock (the manager/owner) was so understanding and let me trade in my new treadmill for a stationary bike that I could use for my rehab process. They worked with me to schedule the delivery/exchange for once my surgery was complete and I was able to be present for the delivery. Thank you to the team who installed both my treadmill and bike, and thank you to Brock for helping me get the equipment I need for recovery!

Had a great experience at American Home Fitness shopping for an elliptical. Brock answered all my questions and pointed out the differences in brands and models. The delivery guys were great, got it set up in no time. I would highly recommend stopping by if you're shopping for fitness equipment.

Brock made the experience of buying equipment for our home gym easy and stressless. No high pressure sales. He's obviously very knowledgeable about home fitness, and personally invested in it. I feel comfortable reaching out to him if/when I encounter questions about the equipment.

Delivery and installation went well. They came out during one of the worst days of the year. Worked efficiently, were extremely nice during the whole process and loved my dog.

This was my second experience with American Home Fitness. My first was in 1996. The bike I purchased back then finally broke down. (After 27 years there are no replacement parts.) So I went back to the same company and bought another one. If you buy quality equipment you don't need to buy a bike every other year. Many people confuse cheap and value, American Home Fitness can help you avoid that mistake.I'm a happy customer.

American Home Fitness was an excellent choice to get our treadmill. The manager was very helpful and very knowledgeable. You could try different models of treadmills that would suit your needs. The delivery to our home was flawless. The 2 guys that delivered was careful and respectful. They removed our old treadmill and set up our new one. I would highly recommend this company.

We have purchased a couple of things from this company. We have a treadmill that we bought from them that we absolutely love.

We just recently purchased an inspire gym from them and as always are just phenomenal with installation and set up.

I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

On top of that, they turned out to be almost $300 cheaper than the Costco price!

You don’t get service and support anywhere like you do here.

I had been shopping for a Spirit XE395 Elliptical Trainer and came across American Home Fitness in Grand Rapids, MI on my Internet search. A quick phone call to the store manager, Brock Myers assured me he could have one at the store as soon as the next day. He quoted me a Black Friday price and the deal was done in about five minutes. I drove from Traverse City to Grand Rapids a few days later. Brock and I loaded the trainer into my pickup within another five minutes of my arrival. Great experience with both the store and Brock Myers. It was well worth my trip.

Brock was very helpful in helping us decide what type of elliptical to get. The young men that delivered and assembled the elliptical were friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you all.

My husband and I recently purchased an elliptical and functional trainer from American Home Fitness, and it was such a great experience. We visited the store a couple times seeking information, and Jeff was very willing to educate us on the various options at all price points. We had also looked online at similar equipment, but there's something to be said about having a conversation with someone who was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the products. Knowing that the installation of the equipment would be done by professionals also gave us confidence in our purchase. Thank you for a positive experience!

We had an excellent experience with American Home Fitness in Grand Rapids. Brock sold us a new Precore elliptical machine. The installers arrived at our home on time, set up the new unit, and then disassembled our older Precore elliptical and took it over to my son's home. They set up the older unit and now my son is happily using it!

These guys are absolutely amazing. When my brand new Powerblock stand came out of the box scratched, I contacted Powerblock who then re-directed me back to the seller. After contacting AHF, and explaining that this was a gift for my wife, to say I received some of the absolute best customer service I've ever received is an understatement.

They sent me out a new stand within hours, then contacted me to let me know they would be contacting Powerblock to find out how to proceed; after they learned Powerblock requested the damaged item back, they sent me a prepaid label to get it back to them.

Now, I know excuses are a dime a dozen, but life got busy - I took weeks before I finally shipped them back their stand. Every once in a while they would check in, with a courtesy I not thought possible for the situation. They were as patient and kind as one could be, and as the procrastinating party, I appreciated it greatly.

In the era of post-covid, customer service is non-existent so when you get an ounce of it it's appreciated. American Home Fitness, for such a trivial transaction you were an absolute delight to deal with. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Great selection and outstanding staff/customer service! We purchased a matching bike and rower and we’ve been so happy with our at-home workouts. They were on top of communication for delivery and followed up after set-up. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and very happy with our purchases!

I was looking for a squat rack/bench combo that had a lower clearance than most on the market (80" maximum height). Their website was clear and helpful, and the staff was the same. It took around a week to arrive after being able to see the rack in person. Delivery was smooth for something that weighs almost 200 lbs without weight on it.

I’ve had Powerblocks for about 20 years, but decided to upgrade to a higher weight version. Brandon was super helpful in talking me through the options, making it an easy decision to buy. My weights were ready the next day as promised. I love them and will come back to AHF next time I need exercise equipment. Well done.
