SEPHORA at Kohl's

Who not happy to get something for your birthday i been member of Sephora for awhile but never had a chance to go to their store and pick out a birthday gift till now I gotten a chance to visit sephora in person and all the young lady working there were very polite and helpful i was given a choice of 4 different items to choice from being my age i went for the perfume which made my day so if you want to get a great gift for your birthday come member of Sephora and on your birthday pick out what makes you happy!

Employees are very nice and helpful! 😊

Recently watched a supposed manager talk down to one of her employees while on the sales floor. Could tell the employee was embarrassed and I was embarrassed for her. I'll be back when this place does a little reevaluating of their leadership. This employee had helped me find product and was very informative and patient. Ended up not buying anything due to the tension after the manager got her tantrum in.

I would make the drive to the mishawaka location or go to ulta instead of coming here. Very rude staff, not helpful at all. I waited for a while before a staff member appeared so I could ask where to find a specific product. When I asked where I could find it she just stood behind the counter, points and vaguely says "its over there". I had to go get her again bc I couldnt find what I wanted. She was annoyed at having to walk me to the section where the item was. I asked for a specific item and of course I didnt notice until I got home that she had given me the wrong one! So hopefully I can get a refund tomorrow. She was extremely rude during checkout when I didnt want to sign up for their points system. I told her I'd skip that part but she said she would just do it from her side. When I tried to refuse again she said "well if you arent signed up here then where do you get your cosmetics from"? I told her I shop at ulta but they were only taking cash... she just kinda rolled her eyes at that. She made me hold up the line until I gave her my full name, email, home address, and phone number. It was all around a very unpleasant experience. I find it odd that she made it seem mandatory that I give them all my information.

Gotta love when the store leader screams at staff on the sales floor in front of customers. Very unprofessional. Feel bad for the staff who is doing their jobs while she just screams at them.
