The experience was exceptional they got me what I needed and in a hurry and were so nice. Also never had a bad attitude and got my part I needed for my car in 30 minutes. So I recommend them.

Worst experience ever. my van spent OVER a month with these guys and not only did they not make my situation any better but my van was actually worse after being there on 2 separate occasions. i was promised multiple critical timely inspections that never happened. and SOMEONE that has still never come forward actually broke my drivers side rear view mirror. it was replaced in the most inadequate way and took more than 2 weeks to have it replaced. i was told about a possible electrical issue with my fuel pump but that's it and when i came in to pick the van up. not only could they not find me in the system ( which happened BOTH times that i went in to pick up my van) but then just before driving away i was finally told that THEY THINK my oil pump needs to be replaced or i could possibly blow up my motor and that it would cost OVER 1000.00 dollars to replace it. keep in mind this is the 1st of me hearing this as I'm supposed to be driving away with the vehicle. Also i literally had other work approved for service that they were not interested in doing. BOTH times they made my van worse and nobody told me until i found out on my own when picking up the van. and their not interested in doing work that had been approved and was needed. NOT INTERESTED in fixing my van a ram ProMaster. so over a month of dealing with them.and giving them 2nd chances and I have more problems now then when i dropped it off OVER A MONTH AGO . i recommend NEVER trusting them with fixing your vehicle.

I had an issue with the TomTom navigation system. Set an appointment and drove from ft worth to Denton only to be told they were aware of the issue and are working on it (bugs in the software). This could have been said over the phone and have wasted my time and gas.

Wow this place has really lost all sense of customer service. Only worried about selling. Good luck after that. This place used to care about customers now not so much . Take your chances here!
