Jordan is a great guy. He needs a raise! I broke down in my hotshot rig needing a fuel pump, he came got me and helped me get the fuel pump before they closed. I was only a mile away but I haven't found too many guys that will go out of their way to take care of someone stranded. Big shout out to Jordan at the Denton store. Thank you very much.

I received EXCELLENT customer service from Rey, she didn't mind me looking as she changed my old battery for a new one I had just bought and also showed me how to safely remove and replace the battery and gave me some great tips. THANK YOU SO MUCH REY for taking the time to show me. 😊👍👍👍

Great help finding the right part. They were kind enough to install the parts I bought.

I accidentally bought the incorrect windshield wipers and the team was able to get them swapped out with the correct ones without any hassle. I felt a little embarrassed, but the person I worked with reassured me that it happens and sent me on my way.

Had right part for my son car he needed.
Not like other places he went sold him wring parts did not fit on his car. You should check this place first for car parts , fair price and friendly and helpful people behind counter. 👍

Staff here was great, didn't ask useless questions, grabbed correct parts the first time (very quickly too), and even chatted with me about nothing in particular when I returned my core.
Definitely a good group of guys and will continue to do business at this location over the one on Eagle Dr.
The mexican assistant manager (I believe) accused me of stealing something I left on an unoccupied counter (guess they saw me carrying it around and assumed I stole when I didn't buy anything cause i found it $15 less with free next day on Amazon)...

DO NOT go to Eagle Dr. location, use the little extra gas and go here.

Great prices and customer service

Possibly the most knowledgeable and helpful staff in hand in Denton for auto parts stores. Recognized their customer's knowledge level and quickly adjusted their level of conversation accordingly. Got me in and out in under ten minutes and cheerful the whole way through.

I received the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT O’REILLY’S by Julia and staff.
Julia was knowledgeable, courteous, and showed a real concern to address my (dying) battery situation caused by a broken pedal stop for my older vehicle (it caused the rear lights to stay on and I had to disconnect battery). She treated my small purchase of the pedal bushing & pedal stop assortment just as valuable as an expensive purchase.
Julia and her co-worker (I didn’t get her name) came out again (in the rain!) when the car failed to start a second time. Their concern for my safety was genuine and they worked together to find the root of the problem.

These guys are always helpful. Of course the battery died in my truck on one of the coldest days. They had me in and out in no time. Taking the core back and several store associates were helping people replace wipers out in the rain.

Friendly and knowledgeable. They always help me get what I need and not more that I need, but I always find a "me want" not on my shopping list... ;D

Carey and his team really care about their customers. Carey helped me better understand my car’s issues and went above and beyond to get me the right parts to fix it. There are several automotive part shops around this area, but I will only be going to O’Reilly’s from now on. I can’t thank Carey and the whole O’Reilly team enough!

Great prices, easy ordering, helpful staff - what can I say, love this place! Benjamin was a huge help this week. Their Rewards program will save you money if you do much in the way of DIY auto repairs.

Trying to put late model rims and tires on a early model Range Rover wasn't an easy task. I tried the local tire companies and they couldn't deliver a solution to what lugnuts were needed, sounds simple but not the case.
Wasn't till I met Amari( and I hope I spelled that right) she didn't give up like the others. Took initiative to ultimately find a solution to the problem. As a Master Tech I've ordered tons of parts from all the parts houses. With her attention to detail and initiative I'm certain that techs would get more of the right parts then having to return them all the time. You could tell that she actually cared enough to see it to the end. If she's not at the very least assistant Mgr. In 6 Months o'riley's has a problem recognizing true talent. If that's the case I may hire her myself...

They have been so helpful to me throughout the rebuilt of my 1987 Dodge Ram D150 and I really enjoy the variety of parts available and the customer service! Thank you O'Reilly's!
