Quick, easy and efficient service. It was raining and I needed new wiper blades. The associates Manuel and Jaden helped me and put the new wiper blades on in the pouring rain. Big thanks.

I started with researching what AutoZone had to offer for a transmission turns out they had great deals for my 2010 Ford E250. Manuel was the first person I talked to and the last when I turned in my old transmission for the core. I have to say I am impressed. His customer service was great, he helped make sure that the transmission would fit my vehicle and even honored my veterans discount. When the transmission was delivered to AutoZone, I needed transmission fluid, this guy even called up ford to ask what transmission fluid they preferred! He then helped me out with purchasing 13 quarts of transmission fluid. 10 there and 3 at a different store. After all was done and my van was running properly, I then returned to Autozone for the core charge and that’s it. Manuel made this process so much easier for me as I’m not knowledgeable about cars/vans in general. Thanks again Manuel! You’re the MVP in my book. Definitely will be doing business again with AutoZone. Appreciate it!

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. They patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable recommendations. What stood out the most was their proactive approach to ensuring my satisfaction. Hats off to the manager on duty the evening of 01/18. The manager and the team were dedicated to providing a customer first experience.

Was getting front brakes for Land Rover discovery I was replacing for a friend and had to come back in for a bit. He went out of his way, called another store to have them measure the size of inventory counter bolt… It was just awesome. He didn’t have to go through all that trouble, but he did, and so did the other store helped quite a bit because I could not find a Surefire measurement for the hex bolt that I needed. I went ahead and just bought the kit just in case with a number of hex sockets and they were by your last and that’s when Manuel told me that if I ever had issues with the last tool. They had a lifetime warranty and that I could just bring it right back to them and they would replace it if they were in stock. Had no idea about that and love those kind of details because you just never know and I don’t have money to go buy tools more than once so that’s a lot of useful information. He was really cool. He was efficient and very nice. Him to come back to this store

10/10 Service here. Zachary Parker was so helpful during the entire process. I came in with a weak and corroded battery, feeling hopeless in a way when he said he couldn’t touch it until it was cleaned. Zachary led me through the steps on how to clean it, and I came back once it was cleaned with my battery and he replaced it for me under warranty. I then went home to install it, and the terminals were still loose due to a bad fitment, and he was kind enough to fix it for me with a cheap replacement part (Shim).

I would recommend anybody to this store. 10/10 customer service and skill.

So grateful for Zach’s help today at AutoZone Auto Parts on Teasley Lane. Zach was knowledge, helpful in store (and in the parking lot), and kind. His assistance ensured we quickly resolved our issues and got on back the road safely. Five stars, plus a high five. 🙌

Had a problem with my fan relay and Zach took his time helping me with running down a part number and even called another store to find the right part and I really appreciated it super friendly and helpful.

Manuel went out of his way to help my grandmother start her car that was dead in the garage from a dead battery AND THEN escorted her to the store so that she was safe! Once there he was able to get her a battery! He was awesome, even better he refused to accept a $20 tip!! The man did it all just to help her!!

Autozone is the best!! No wonder why Manuel is a Store Manager!!

Manuel Brasil, the store manager, and Taylon Matthew, a team member, did an awesome job fixing my car battery on a chilly day.

Manuel was very helpful. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He came and put the windshield wipers on in the 33 degree weather. It was misting as well. I recommend Auto Zone.

Don was amazing. He went above and beyond for me upon coming in for a simple light check. Ended up leaving with a product I needed as well, he was able to find it for me.

Very helpful staff. They price matched a similar, comparable but not identical battery with costco.

This store is substantially more open and not overly crowded like the O’ store. The employees are actually helpful at this location. Even little things like putting your purchases in a bag without asking is perfectly. The O’ store, expected me to carry out 7 cans of brake cleaner in my hands. This store gets it right.

Don was absolutely great. He put the engine tester on and found that I needed a new battery, then changed the old battery for a new one and cleaned the posts. Superb job.

Alex B. went above and beyond to help me during my recent visit. Not only did he help me find the correct bulb for my headlight, but he also replaced it for me. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly making my experience quick and efficient. I highly recommend!
