My wife bought earrings from Jeff at Oktoberfest. We accidentally left the bag on the table next to his stand and left. We realized about an hour later we didn’t have the earrings and went back hoping Jeff may have picked up the bag. Unfortunately someone had taken off with them. Jeff was out of stock of the ones she loved, but Jeff told her to pick another pair she liked and he would mail her a replacement pair once he made more at no charge and to just email him. He made a replacement pair and shipped them out to us today. My wife was ecstatic today. The earrings are great quality and the owner is amazing.

I bought some beautiful, and funny, earrings from Cates Concepts at the Addison Oktoberfest. Everyone was fun(ny) and engaging as I perused. I bought 3 pairs of earrings and was so excited to wear them. Then my husband thought my bag of earrings was trash and threw them out *facepalm*. I reached out and they graciously sent out replacements! Fast customer service and a wonderful replacement policy.

I purchased some earrings from Cate's concepts. I absolutely loved them and wore them on a weekly basis. When I went on vacation, my wooden earrings were stolen. I went to an anime convention in Albuquerque, I spoke with the owner, who not only had the same earrings, but replaced them for free. Astonished by the owner's generosity, I bought three more earrings. I wear them every week. They are beautiful, light, and wear well with everything. I always get compliments on them as well. I will definitely continue to buy from Cate's Concepts and would recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed and will cherish them like I do. Thank you Jeff.

I ordered a pair of unique custom earrings from Cates Concept. The store owner had great communication and shipped the earrings very promptly. My daughter really loved the earrings. I will definitely look to order from Cates Concepts again.

This company is amazing! I first was introduced at Planet Comicon. There are so many designs to choose from. You can even submit your own!! They are light to wear and match anything. I have gotten so many compliments. I've bout 3 pairs already and I'm definitely going to buy more.

These earrings are so cute! And when I lost one the first time I wore it the seller replaced it for no cost. I buy some of these earrings every time I see the seller.

The pictures of the products do not do them justice. These are beautifully handcrafted. The earrings weigh next to nothing so they don’t pull on your ear lobe or get uncomfortable after wearing them all day. They also have a lifetime warranty. They really are a great value!
