Dunkin'

The Dunkin Team is extremely friendly and professional. They know my voice when starting to give them my order and I don't even have to finish, they tell me to pull right up. Some mornings are very busy and they could use some extra help.

I've always had a pleasant experience getting coffee from this location! The staff have been super friendly and fast. I use the mobile app so I order ahead and I haven't had any issues with an incorrect order.

For me it's the best coffee in the world. And they do make awesome sandwiches.

This is the only place that is open early enough for me to get coffee before work! I was so happy when I found out I was actually going to be able to get coffee in the morning! I always order through the app and I have never had a problem. It’s always ready when I get there and even though it’s so early, the employees are always smiling.

Dunkin employees are the best!! These ones especially! The last time I went into Dunkin in Sussex the dunkin employees were so sweet and loving they even let a homeless girl take a nap on one of their tables. Such humanitarians!! I love Dunkin!!

When this place first opened it was pretty slow. I come nearly every morning before class now, and the service is fast, friendly, and professional, more so than any other drive thru I go to!

Been here a few times in last couple months. Food and drinks have been fine. But each time there was one person running the whole show. They are working hard but be prepared to have no one at the counter and wait for food. Takes as long as a proper restaurant.

Has become expensive.

I work in food service so I understand messing up on an order here and there, running out of food once in a while, etc. It happens! But I have visited this location twice and read the reviews and have come to the conclusion that this store is managed poorly and that they don’t train their workers properly. The first time I ever went into this location I wanted to order a few donuts and was told they were out. It was 2 or 3 pm when I came in and apparently they had a really “busy” morning so not donuts. I gave them another chance a few days ago and wanted to order ice cream. I wanted chocolate and was told they were out. The girl was nice-ish, she never apologized for the inconvenience but she wasn’t unfriendly. The whole vibe of the place is really unprofessional and unorganized. It’s a shame too, you can tell the location was just built. Hoping for new management soon since this location is right by my work!

Not gonna lie, I'm not usually miffed.
This store is clearly starting out at a bad time, no employees no ones trained. However, the service is really mediocre. People will forget orders, and you will have to wait upwards of half an hour in the lobby.

I wanted to make sure the coffee was fresh, was told it was. When I got it. It was ice cold, tasted like they used the same grinds to brew it three times in a row. Was pretty much just swill at that point. I tried calling back but no one answers the phone, and the messaging machine will hang up on you.

The food is good though.

Go to this location only if you would like a little coffee with your ice. Too much ice in a large iced coffee. My daughter’s refresher had a lot of ice too. I’ll go to the one in Oconomowoc from now on.

Went a couple of weeks ago, ordered a Carmel iced coffee and got a regular iced coffee.
Today I went ordered a caramel iced coffee, tasted great! Got bagel bites today as well.. I was upset because they were not warm at all.. seemed like they threw them in the microwave for 30 seconds… if that 🤮 I wish I didn’t travel all day otherwise I could’ve warmed them up myself.
Seems like this location is hit or miss.
