After 3 hours of researching bike rental shops and an in store shopping experience, we highly recommend Elephant’s Perch for bike rentals and retail shopping.

Justin was very helpful, I was helped promptly and they truly followed social distancing and safety guidelines.

Unfortunately the shoes that I wanted weren’t in stock but we will be back.

We recently visited the perch to get some gear and check on a trail that we've been wanting to do. Although we did not get the chance the return to the shop, we'd like to thank the guys in the bike shop for the best advice on which trails to take. John, Miles and Jason are the best! Thanks fellas for your guidance and continued support.

I rented a fat tire bike today and was extremely pleased with the experience! The bike was high end, carbon frame, and operated flawlessly. The individuals in the store who assisted me made the rental process very simple to both pickup and drop off. I felt the cost was very reasonable and would definitely highly recommend Elephant's Perch for bike rental!

The staff here are awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to help. Great selection of winter Nordic gear, summer bicycle gear, and clothing galore. This is our go to shop in Ketchum.

We shopped their sale rack and found many wonderful items marked down. Of particular note, was a thick blue striped Patagonia shirt that is reminiscent of Steve’s shirt on the classic children’s TV show ”Blue’s Clues.” Soon to be an instant classic in my own wardrobe.

Love this place. Looking for new ski boots for an AT set up. Nappy and Liza took me under their guiding wings, educated me, got me into 3 brands, found the one for me. Bob Rosso and his team are the best. They are total pros, love the mountains and their community.

Biking through Sun Valley on a bike tour ended up at this bone shop. This is 100% the bike shop to go to. The atmosphere is great, everyone in the store is super knowledgeable and really friendly. They helped me out with my Surly and got it ready for the next 1000 miles of biking. Couldn't be happier with the time spent chatting here. If you are on a bike tour, stop here!!!

Super friendly helpful staff. We rented bikes from them as we flew to Sun Valley. Prices were great, bikes were in good condition and directions on where to ride were great. We will definitely use the again.

Bought a Specialized Stumpjumper from them last year and have just loved the bike. Great customer service too.

We were visiting from out of town and got all the info needed for a couple great days on the surrounding bike trails from these guys. Greenhorn gulch was a favourite recommendation for sure. You can pick up a trail map of the area here too. Thanks guys!
