I had a very bad experience at the store in Clovis so I went to Portales New Mexico where Julian gave me some of the best customer service I have ever received. I struggle with technology and he sat there patiently and helped me and walked me through everything I was having problems with. He even took the time to sit there and write it all down for me! Thank you so much to him! He deserves his job!

I stopped in to check out what deals they have and let me tell you there customer service was exceptional. I had a horrible experience at the metropcs in portales the manager yelling and cussing at her reps she even threatened the skinny young rep working there. I recommend cricket to everyone!
