This place was awesome. 1st time being here and for sure will return. My waiter was so nice & was prompt on everything we asked for. The Thursday lunch special is great! Thank you for a great experience!

Authentic tex mex goodness!! Great service!! Order the chili relleno and tacos. Best tacos I've had in forever! The sopapillas are made fresh and everything weve ever had here tastes like it just came out of the garden!! Best restaurant in New Mexico!!

Great local, family owned restaurant! You want great Mexican food, you found the place. The chips and salsa is always the bomb and they have a full menu with anything you want. Don't forget to finish your meal with a sopapilla filled with honey.

I came late at the end of the day with a couple of friends. Most restaurants want to run you out and give poor service towards the end of the shift but not these guys. Fajitas and service were great and there will be a next time

El Rancho Restaurant is an excellent local, casual Latin/Mexican eatery with a good selection of food items on the menu including salads, burgers, authentic enchiladas, tacos, burritos, house specials and more. They also have daily lunch and dinner specials. The wait staff are friendly and attentive. I must admit, I do not eat a lot of spicy food so the salsa they served was a bit too much for me...but it will be perfect for those who enjoy spicy food. Again, the authentic quality of the food is excellent. I would recommend El Rancho Restaurant to anyone looking for a good, casual family friendly Mexican restaurant.

Stopped in for dinner while traveling. Clovis Mexican food restaurants were too busy or not open. This was the perfect choice.
The flavor of the red and green sauces were great. Beans were delicious.

The thing I can tell you about El Rancho restaurant is the owner really considers a lot of people during the Christmas holidays. They give out free food for those who might not have a Christmas meal and I've been praying about this place for many years asking God to be able to get them a third place in the the Clovis and Portales New Mexico area. You know God sure knows how to make some good enchiladas especially when their chicken I like chicken enchiladas but double beans and no rice. Because I'm not a rice eater. The good Lord sure does bless us with a good place to eat and remember always eat there because I have for many of years

It is very clean, friendly and pleasant. The food is good the price is reasonable. I have eaten there 5 times in the last 6 months. I do wish they served mixed drinks. The restaurant is easy to get to and there's plenty parking.. The food never takes long to get to our table. I like the cheese enchiladas and Chili rellieno

Easily the best Rellenos I've had anywhere ever. Fresh made - beautiful corn meal breading...crunchy - hot....absolutely perfect.

The chips and salsa were amazing - those had to have been fresh made chips....super crispy and hot and perfect.

Everything anyone had at the table was great - awesome, authentic food at amazing prices and served by a great staff!!
