Pan pizza is my favorite! The $5 power meals are perfect for your little! Or even a quickish lunch while at work for 5 bucks !! & you get a drink .. can’t beat that.

Well, our waiter asked what we wanted to drink before we even sat down at our table. Then our table was too close to another table where people were already sitting so we had to move it. Then my cup had a crack in it and my drink was leaking everywhere so asked for a new Cup and she gave me a new one with new dr pepper and the Dr pepper tasted nasty cause it ran out of carbonation. Then our waiter got our order of wings wrong. We asked for 16 mild chicken traditional wings, and she gave us bonless chicken wings.. she forgot to tell us that the traditional wings only come with 12. So instead she gave us something we didn't ask for but it was fine. We ate it. I believe at the end she gave us a discount.

Had issue as kid who took our order forgot to put our order in and we were the only customers in cafe at the moment, however Austin Lock the mgr more than made it right and bailee great waitress was fantastic taking care of us . Was our 1st time being there and will return just because austin handled it correctly, and bailee was really good. Thanks again

In side dining was excellent the service person took very good care of us and the pizza was delicious hot and ready to eat 😋.

Sandwiches and fries were really yummy. The you g lady at the window greeted me with a hello and a smile. Was very kind. I appreciate this since customer service has really gone done in our town. Thank you for getting my order correct good price and treating me like you appreciate me coming to your establishment.

Excellent service, Very friendly staff, Pizza is always Great, only one thing, I wish they would bring back their Italian flavor pasta, the dish they replaced a few months ago, It was my favorite, anyway, Thank you very much for being there..

Got a dinner box with cheese sticks and sweet chili boneless wings, late night, and it was perfect. 10/10

I placed an order over the phone for carry out. The personnel I interacted with over the phone and in person were very polite. My order was fresh, hot, accurate, and delicious! I was told my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I picked it up on the dot and didn't have to wait any longer than what I was told. For as far as I could see from the window, personnel looked groomed and clean as well as the counters and windows. Good job!

Our 1st time placing an online order (I usually just call it in). Ordering was a breeze. Promised to be ready in 15-20 minutes and IT WAS!. Piping hot & delicious. The last time we used this location was when inside dining was still locked down due to the Gov's covid mandates and the pizza was NOT very good. Decided to give it another try & glad we did. The pizza we have always loved is BACK & WE will be back!

Pretty clean and good customer service. Management were very nice as well. Our waitress Jasmine was an excellent waitress and made our experience here great. Highly recommend this place and the sub lovers pizza is so good. Must try.

The pizza and wings were DELICIOUS. I really wanted to say the manager at Pizza hut Portales, I believe her name was Adriana is such a wonderful person. Kind and goes over and beyond for customer service. That is very admirable. Thank you

Small town feel and the perfectly cooked light brown crispy crust I miss with our local Pizza Huts! Extremely nice and clean restaurant! Ordered one pan and one thin crust pepperoni and bacon. Yummy!

I love your wings!! I ordered Spicy Garlic, Parmesian and Hawaiian Teriyaki, also an order of cheese breadsticks. Everything was hot and tasted great!! Delivery is fast and followed directions for leaving at door.

We have their pizza at least twice a month. It’s always correct and cooked to perfection. The delivery is quick and pizzas are always hot. I usually order online.

Being a poor college kid with no car I order from them all the time. Very fast and friendly and they have never gotten my order wrong. The drivers are always super polite and personal.
