Chapala Mexican

Eric was our server, extremely nice and well mannered. He even at 8pm on a Tuesday was working with extreme joy and happiness. That is hard to do these days, keep it up Eric your kindness is radiant

I went to Chapala’s Mexican Restaurant this week for national margarita day. I didn’t quite like the tacos that I ordered, I might’ve ordered the wrong kind . However I really enjoyed the frosted margarita and my waiter! I will be back to try something different

Chapala is a solid Mexican restaurant. Their guacamole is easily one of my favorites around Irmo. The tamales seem to be hit or miss. The burritos are great as are the enchiladas. The tacos are good, as well. The nachos left a little bit to be desired. The queso was awesome, though. The chips are fresh and warm, which is a huge plus for me. The decor of the restaurant is nice and the staff is pleasant. I would, and have, come back here again.

Great food - steak quesadilla w/ extras. Luis was our server, asked for a Cadillac (margarita on ice w/ red wine float) his first request - great result!

Very relaxed atmosphere with music overhead I enjoyed my visit while I was out of town it was the best treat after a 7-hour drive that day I highly recommend this place I will definitely be back for more of a good experience.

We're trying to find a good Mexican restaurant since leaving Biloxi, MS. And moving back to Columbia, SC. And I think we finally found one that we like a whole lot. We will be coming back soon.

My wife and I come here at least once a week. The food is always delicious and comes out quick, the prices are also reasonable. Our favorite Mexican restaurant in irmo!!!

We order carry out from here a lot. Our order is always perfect, ready on time, and the food is delicious. Highly recommend!

This quiet, traditional Mexican restaurant has the best margarita in town (I’ve spent 5 years trying to find a better one). In terms of the venue, the great outdoor seating option makes them stand apart from the rest.

Try their tacos al pastor (pictured) if you can handle some spice. It’s three tacos with spit-toasted pork with pineapple, pico de gallo, cilantro, and a spicy salsa topping.

Another solid menu choice would be their chile rellenos (a.k.a. “chile poblanos”), which are stuffed poblano peppers with cheese and salsa.

Their table-side guacamole is also excellent.

This is an amazing place, the service is top notch and the food is great.

Great lunch! Not our regular Mexican place, but what a great surprise. Atmosphere was great with spacious dining areas and nicely decorated with a regional flair. Our food was well prepared, delivered hot and quickly and so tasty! Definitely a 5 star Brewer & Pam visit.

I was just recently introduced to this restaurant and I really enjoyed it. The service was good, quick, gast and courteous. The food was not only hot and delicious but a great price. I would have spent more at a fast food place for not near the quality or customer service. I liked it so much I went back the next day and brought my sister. The best part is that they are very thorough when cleaning.

If you're in the mood for good Mexican food this is the place to go. Prices are reasonable and they have a happy hour as well. The staff is very nice and the place is clean.
