Amazing, patient, helpful staff and great inventory of high, quality bags. I'll admit it, most of my suitcases have come from TJMaxx and have lived a short life span. Well, this time one broke mid-trip in San Francisco. AJ and the staff at The Luggage Center were incredibly helpful. I was able to shop for a bag over their chat feature on their website and pick up a couple of hours later in the store. They've got bags ranging from Samsonite to Tumi and will be considerate of your needs and your budget. Most of all, a big thanks for being friendly, helpful, patient, and caring!

Pretty helpful staff and no pressure. They will of course upsell you on luggage.

Great quality like a tumi. But made a mistake of buying a large wheeled duffle. Can not really fill it with shopping with 50 lbs maximum allowed. And some smaller airline have a limit of 40 lbs. To make the most of buying the large expensive duffle. You have to be in First Class with 70 lbs limit. And make purchasing the bag worth it. Also 12 lbs..not 8 lbs Mr. Manager of the store. Manager also lied to me on Eagle Creek's warranty is only 5 years. He probably makes more commission on the Briggs and Railey. EAGLE CREEK just replaced my 20 yr. old bag with a brand new one.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking near it is nigh impossible

The shopkeeper will push you only for the bags which is having the end. But if you are a Samsonite person like me here you will get only push back to go for high end $750 bags only

Employee not interested in helping us make our purchase. We asked to pay for an item and were ignored..never seen anything like it. So we left it there. Thanks for saving us money I guess ...
