The Children's Place

I was in the store on 5/10/24 and observed a black woman yelling and being very belligerent. I believe her name was hope ?She got escorted out thankfully. I continued my shopping and Seth and his team were very polite and respectful. Also I was with a black person and they treated her the same as me. I love coming here for my nieces clothing from winter to summer I love what they have to offer! I will be back soon!

Such sweet staff, always a pleasure to shop at this location. I always find great deals on clearance rack.

Was able to get school uniform shirts and pants at a very affordable price. The staff were helpful and answered my questions.

Very cute clothes for children under 12. Prices are middle range. Always check for coupons.

I love the discounts but I was treated unfairly by the manager Seth and the white woman employees. They acknowledged the white consumer walking in but not the black consumer. I asked was it policy to speak to every customer they said yes but I was never acknowledged. Maybe the employees need training on treating all consumers the same. I will never shop there again because of this

There was a man that works at the Hamilton Place location that was very rude by hanging up in my mothers face while trying to explain what happen with her order. He is the only man that works there. We understand that things were out of their control, but for him to lie and say that she cursed him out when she had witnesses with her was totally uncalled for. I do not recommend this location to anyone! I would rather travel to Dalton. I have heard many complaints about this rude man and now to experience this for myself, I believe everything I heard about him.

Gotta love how they put prices on $12 outfits but then don't put any prices at all on the more expensive outfits whilst simultaneously putting a 60% OFF sign above the outfits so you are led to believe they might be worth paying for. Get to the register just to find out they are in fact, NOT actually on sale. Wasted my time in this place. Could've been avoided if they'd bother to PUT A PRICE ON THEIR INVENTORY!!!!!

I visited this store today to buy my daughter jeans . She is in between sizes and we needed to try them on. My LO is in a wheelchair , unable to stand. I am prepared to lay her down to try them on, but this store had the handicap stall filled with store merch and boxes . I am so disappointed and sadden than in 2019 a store can be so cruel as not to be inclusive. A wheelchair , a parent and a child do not fit in a reg changing room. It’s a shame that federally mandated laws are still being ignored and violated .Never again will I purchase from here

It's a lie. Ant nothin but a fourth of the store half off of unbelievable prices.
