I’ve been looking for a certain blanket for well over a month. I called to ask if they have it in stock. I live several states away, so going to the store would be very hard. She was kind enough to set up a send sale for me. She was very helpful and very friendly.
Made my month for sure!

What a relief to find a competent, caring & knowledgeable person like Megan. I was struggling with an order and the customer service I was getting online was so upsetting. I called My local Pottery Barn and Megan saved the day. She listened and went into solution immediately. From now on I am dealing with the local PB.

Excellent customer service! I have lost some wing thumb screws that attach the leaves to a pottery barn dining table, I have called this store to get the hardware information after failing to get it from any other pottery barn store I had tried. They have helped me very promptly, called back with the information I had needed within an hour. They were very courteous, and incredibly nice!

We've bought a bed, headboard, nightstands, chairs, lamps, and tons of baskets, candles, pillows, blankets and other stuff there. Their quality is high and the service is excellent.

Their kitchen selection is really good. They also have some good instant food mixes and margarita mixes.
