Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Crate and Barrel in Bellevue, and I must say, it’s a haven for anyone looking to beautify their home. The store is brimming with beautiful interior items that not only inspire creativity but also bring a sense of warmth and style to any living space.

Just wanted to give one of the employees at this location an honorable mention. We had an awesome conversation with Stephanie about the espresso machines. She was super knowledgeable about how the machines operated and took time to educate us on the science behind brewing the perfect espresso shot. I loved that she was present and patient. I’d go back to this store just to see how she’s doing.

This is a great place for furniture and kitchen ware. Top floor is furniture and down below is where you’ll find things like kitchen supplies, table settings, dishes, napkins, table decorations, stuff like that. You’ll get great quality with crate and barrel but you’ll be paying quite a bit for it.

Awesome young lady gave a perfect demo of Nespresso machine. Engaging and friendly, great sales person!

Fun shopping and browsing experience while waiting for a interview. I found the mortar and pestle I thinking I want but still looking around. Staff is nice and knowledgeable about merchandise.

No complaints on this Crate & Barrel in Bellevue. Always very organized, helpful/friendly staff, & great selection, what more can you ask for?;) I mainly come here for wine glasses, they have good choices. I love this one that I recently picked up.

I had the best experience at the Bellevue Crate and Barrel! I came here with a list of items for Thanksgiving. Henny the sales associate helped me with a breeze! They were out of a few things and she ordered for me easily online. She showed me around the store and wrapped up all my goodies. She was amazing and super friendly! I will definitely be back!

I needed some Martini glasses, and they had what I wanted. When I went to ck out, I was helped by Vera which was very kind and helpful. She is very knowledgeable and serves u with a smile😊 Vera wrapped up my glasses like a Christmas present.

Really helpful customer service team. If you’re buying furniture, you really have to be patient because of global supply chain issues which are not caused by anyone at the store (are they waiting for Giant Sequoias to grow to build couches?). Team is great and were helpful with all aspects of the customer experience they could control!

My wife and I received a dish set for our wedding. We started using them in February 2020 and in less than a year had a couple plates chip/break. I took them in to this location, and Betty was the sales person who helped me. She was fantastic. She reimbursed me, we ordered new plates and she waved the shipping fee to have them sent directly to my house. The manager, Natalie, also helped make my return nice and easy. Thank you both!

Raenell was able to provide great information to me! She has a high level of knowledge, not just of the products and selection but of the area. I found the Bellevue Square location with no problems thanks to Raenell and got everything I needed!!

Jazzy and John Owens have been extremely helpful over the past 6 months as we have gone through the journey of selecting and replacing furniture for our entire home. The customer service has been better than we could have imagined and we are so thankful for their guidance and patience. It has made a stressful process actually enjoyable and we would highly recommend the Bellevue store without hesitation.

I have made many purchases from Bellevue Collection's Crate and Barrel through the years: from wedding gifts, to birthday gifts, to big purchase items such as furnishings for my own home. The sales associates have been nothing short of accommodating, informative, and have bent over backwards in personally reaching out if there was ever a delay in ordering or savings that I could have taken advantage of.
This is my first go-to store for all of my gift giving and home decor/furnishing needs.

Another great store to get beautiful Christmas gifts. It was not crowded and a salesperson assisted me immediately then carried my items to the register and rang me up. Then my items were wrapped securely in a box with a convenient carrying handle which I really appreciate since I already had 4 bags and had to walk back to the other side of the mall to get to my car. I bought a gorgeous petrified wood hors d'ouevres cheese platter. If you need a unique gorgeous gift for a man-friend this is a great gift!

Love our lounge sectional so much! Furniture that lasts!

UPDATE: We have had our original Lounge sectional for 3 years now and it looks the same as when we bought it. No sags, no dips, no pulls, etc. Very minimal feather loss. I had read reviews that microfiber minimizes that, and I can attest it does. The Microfiber is easy to clean if there are spills. And we still have no stains on the couch. We love it and will never purchase main furniture from anywhere else. Also, the customer service is exceptional 👌

Rainell from Bellevue location did an extraordinary job with helping me find an item!
Even though I called over the phone and asked about an item that was practically gone, she went out of her way to help me find it...and even told me that she would call me back if she found it in the store!
SHE IS AMAZING, and I am thankful that she was able to help me.
