Got our couch here a few years ago and it has been such a change to how we can rearrange our home. The versatility has allowed us to move things around easily and even change the whole look of the couch by changing out the coverings.

Every time we have gone back in the staff has been fantastic.

Really like the couches. Can’t wait to receive mine. Chris at the Bellevue store was great and provided a lot of insightful information.

Christine was so helpful! She went above and beyond and took care of my first order. Once the delivery came, we realized we wanted one more piece so I emailed her back and she placed the order for me and it’s on its way! My laptop was acting up so it was such a blessing for her to be able to take over for me and complete my order! Incredible customer service and amazing Quality! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

I worked with the store out of Bellevue WA and had nothing but a positive experience. Through the phone, I was able to receive photos of different configurations, fabrics, and photo examples of the full couch with the fabrics I was considering. They absolutely get 5 stars for customer service!

The product and the salesperson were perfect. He liked to play Jenga with them and encouraged us to use the block models and actual furniture to do the same. A very interactive and engaging experience. I love how simple and small the show room was, too.

Had a great experience purchasing our Lovesac. The staff was very friendly, answering all of our questions, clearly explaining all the benefits and giving examples for how you can rearrange any number of sections into different seating/sleeping arrangements which was a big selling point for us. At the end of the day we had just walked in just to look at the couches and see what the buzz around them was but we ended up walking out with an order for a new couch and a better delivery process than we experienced with any other retailer that we have purchased a couch from in the past.

Great experience. Went in store multiple times and every representative was knowledgeable. Gave helpful advice regarding method of purchase and made a post sale price adjustment a breeze.

The staff here were all sooo amazing!!! Kara and the whole crew were so incredibly patient as my fiancé and I came into the store three separate times for no exaggeration an hour each time. They all helped rearrange the furniture in the store and went out of their way to make sure that we felt good about our purchase. Definitely worth checking out!

What a wonderful shopping experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had my 87 year old mother with me and our sales representative offered us a seat right away. Stephanie ( Sales Rep) was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We purchased a 6 seat 9 side configuration and expect delivery in 7 days. My best furniture buying experience ever. I came in to look at fabrics before the current sale ended and they had everything I wanted to look at. They even draped it over the furniture, which they had rearranged, without my even asking, to better match what I was hoping to buy.

To boot they even told me that if i waited till Friday, the in-store 30% sale they were having would extend to the website too, which worked better for my finances.

All in all, a fantastic experience. They were patient as I visualized how the couch would fit in my space and I the colours I was considering.

We went into the store with only our living room measurements. Donovan assisted us to find unique options to fit all family members comfortably. It was so much fun! The building blocks mixed with Donovan‘s skill set created a fun environment that gave us lots of options and made us feel really good about our decision to purchase several pieces including custom leather cushions. Movie night at our house will totally rock! Can’t wait to receive our items ;)

Madison was amazing, the first time I walked in she was helping someone else, but got to me as well. I found the type of cover I wanted and got to see the size I wanted. When I came back with my fiance to purchase she made the order quick and easy. My sac I love and want another for the same room. I will have to save a bit first. They are expensive but worth it. Highly recommend!

We purchased some pieces a few months ago and decided to add a few more and change the covers. Stephanie remembered us from our first visit and was happy to help us with our new order. While we were there we asked about another product and were told that it was not available so we decided to try calling at a later date to ask if it was available to order. Less than a week after we were at the store, Stephanie called me to let me know that the product we inquired about was going to be relaunched the next morning and she immediately thought of us and wanted to see if we were still interested and wanting to place an order, which we did. The fact that she thought of us and called right away spoke volumes to me.

Stephanie at the Bellevue Square location was awesome! My fiancé was not excited about going in on Black Friday to brave the mall but Stephanie was SO patient with us and made the whole purchase a breeze!! We have multiple family and friends with the same couch but she still walked us through different options which we really appreciated! We are so excited to get our couch later this month. 😊 Thank you for the awesome customer service Stephanie!!

Great company and products. Our new sactional is amazing. We had a problem with a couple cushions and covers, but Chris at the Bellview, WA store took care of it right away. We will be purchasing more funiture from here for our next home in the coming months.

I enjoyed the excellent customer service. They answered all of my questions and were positive and helpful. A no-pressure sales situation! The product is fantastic and they make some of it from recycled plastic bottles! You save 4 couches from going into the landfill when you buy one of theirs!
