The people that works at the CVS, 7th St. Downtown Cincinnati, they treat and talk to people so nice. I appreciate that. I also am glad that I can go there with my motor chair and there is room to shop. I can't say enough about your sweet pharmacy people. They are wonderful people. I am glad that I can tell and recommend this CVS to others.

Usually great but not sure how they expect anyone who works a 9-5 and doesn’t do mail order, to be able to get prescriptions… I’m not doing mail order

This Pharmacy has closed early or not open MANY times due to Pharmacist calling off and then Floater calling off as well. This is unacceptable. Not only is this horrible customer service but poor patient care. Do better CVS!!!
