First State Bank and Trust

The Oak Park Heights branch of First State Bank and Trust has always been helpful and responsive. I encountered an issue while consolidating assets from another bank, and FSBT was able to help me resolve it. They were also able to provide recommendations on other potential issues to watch out for as I continue to work with my parent's trust assets.

I've worked with several banks in the Twin Cities over the past thirty years; none of them come close to the level of service that First State Bank and Trust provides. Lyz (Oak Park Heights manager) and her staff have always gone above and beyond the call of duty whenever we've needed banking services. I strongly recommend FSBT for banking!

FSBT is a reliable and easily accessible financial institution. They offer multiple channels of communication such as in-person, phone, and email to assist their customers anytime they need help. I prefer to conduct most of my transactions online, and FSBT never fails to provide me with excellent customer support whenever I have inquiries. Moreover, if I require more detailed assistance, they are always available to schedule a Teams or Zoom meeting to guide me through the process. Overall, working with FSBT is always a pleasant experience.
