Never been here before. Wish we had these back home! Delicious food with a super friendly staff. Kids loved their pasta bowls and m salad and piada were amazing! The avocado salad with grilled chicken was legit and the dressing was bright and flavorful. The crispy chicken piada was a delicious sammie!

Wow! So glad we found this place. I want to start by saying that we were greeted so warmly and treated so well. It is hard come by good customer service these days, but we found it at Piada. Food wise, we had the Chef's Favorite with hot chicken... wow you don't find flavors like that just anywhere! So so yummy. We cannot wait to come back and try more of the food. 10/10 recommend!!

I met a friend for lunch today, both our 1st time here. The employee who greeted us and started our orders was so friendly and courteous. We dined-in and the really enjoyed our avocado salads. Each ingredient was fresh and delightful to my palate! I will definitely go back to Piada. They also do catering!

This is our new favorite spot to eat. The food is very well prepared and FRESH (made to order) . The dinning experience is fantastic. We walked in at 3PM and the chef/owner Sherrie was there. She prepared our food and explained the whole ordering process which was very simple. Extremely nice staff and everyone is welcomed with a smile. The part we appreciated the most was, "what can I get started for you today". Other similar concepts you the food is prepared ahead of time and is kept under a heat lamp!

Definitely enjoyed our very first visit! The food was great, the staff was awesome, and the restroom was amazingly clean. Yes, that matters too! My daughter and I loved every bite. She built a pasta bowl and I kept it simple, but what we both ordered taste amazing. Every staff member was fun to talk to and they helped us through our first experience. Look forward to going again! Great first time!

The customer service is always great! The guys serving are always super pleasant, and treat everyone as if they are happy to have their patronage. The lemon, Ceasar, salad with calamari is my favorite, and they make it just right every time! I look forward to visiting on Sunday's after church. 🙂

Chef Cherie always takes care of us and makes you feel welcomed. It’s only an added perk that the food is AMAZING. The basil pesto pasta was amazing. ALSO shout out to Emily working the front. She got all the to go materials I needed so quickly and with a smile. I love it here.

Chef Matthew and his team were amazing. I accidentally ordered my food from the Texas location instead of the Charlotte location. He gave me my order for free and added an extra drink that I didnt even order. Excellent service! I highly recommend!

Phenomenal Italian food! We loved our Piada sandwiches. I had the avocado Piada sandwich, basically a wrap with vegetables, avo, bacon, arugula, roasted corn and a yummy sauce-which I added homemade meatballs to make it extra yummy!! My husband had a make your own--sausages, pesto, mozzarella cheese, broccoli, and bacon. He liked his for extra tasty! The pepperoni sticks were incredible!! The blackberry lemonade was amazing! They also have bowls and salads you can customize to your own tastes. Excellent menu!!
And the kiddo's menu looks great too.
My kiddo had the gluten free brownie and thought it was delicious!!
We also tasted the cannoli dessert, which was delicious with cookies on the side.
Parking is the lot, so busy, but lots of parking.
The service was excellent! I am so excited to go again!!

Piada Italian restaurant. Let me tell you, this place is an absolute gem when it comes to enjoying a delightful dinner or indulging in some mouthwatering Italian cuisine. Trust me, I cannot recommend it enough!

I really enjoyed my Carbonara bowl! I never had fast casual Italian food and I think this is a great affordable option in Charlotte. I mixed some diavolo sauce which ended up being the perfect mix. The hint of spicyness with the cheese carbonara sauce was just what I needed. I would definitely come back again, I really want to try the Piada. The staff was extremely friendly and let me try the sauces before I picked my meal, the vegetables for the salad looked also super fresh. I am sure the salad bowls are great too.

I got the avocado chopped salad w salmon and a pepperoni bread stick. The flavors were incredible! One of the freshest salads I've had and the salmon was well seasoned and tender. The bread stick was like a pizza cheat code and the dipping sauces (spicy ranch and parm) were so good, I added the rest to my salad. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Charlotte!

Tried this place for the first time and it was great! I was particularly impressed by the salmon, which was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. I got the regular size basil pesto pasta with penne and added salmon, and I also got the parmesan piada stick. The student deal meant that I got the entree for $8, and my total meal was under $12 with tax.

As far as vegetarian options, I wish they did have a vegetarian or vegan protein like tofu— this could be really helpful for people with allergies or dietary restrictions! They do have several meat options, as well as salmon and calamari.

The regular sized bowl was big enough to have leftovers the next day for lunch, and the salmon heated up well. I’m looking forward to going back here!

I got the salmon power bowl. I’ve gotten it many times. It’s always fresh and delicious. Chef H has outstanding customer service. He greeted me, took my order and checked me out. He does it all!

Omg this place is AMAZING!! So glad they made their way to Charlotte!! The staff was beyond friendly, the food was fresh and delicious and so flavorful. Place was very clean and nice decor. I tried the salmon wrap and my gosh I’m addicted!! Can’t wait to go back! And they let me sample the cannoli chips, so so good!

My first time here and had no idea what to order. A gentleman came from behind the counter to walk me through the menu. Such a kind man! I ended up ordering the carbonara with steak. My plan was to take it home. However, when I tasted it, I finished it right in the parking lot! The entire experience was tops!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The BLT piada is very fresh and has a LOT of flavor. Quick and easy style similar to subway or chipotle. They have salad, wraps, and pasta. About $8-13 per person. The staff were all very friendly and professional.

Emily was such an amazing help guiding me through the menu, to help someone like me who is so indecisive, pick out my dinner. She was very patient and kindly answered the many questions I had for the menu. Thanks to Emily for all your help I ended up loving my meal I know where to go for dinner in the future ! :)

Food was delicious! Took the recommended Carbonara/Pesto mix and it was spot on! Also recommend the Pepperoni Cheese stick. Chef Sherree was superb!
