As a woman I’m used to being up charged for something so simple, Paul got my windshield wipers sized and changed for 20$ 🥺🫶 College girl friendly, ask for Paul. 🙂

First, THANKS to Sebastian for:
1) Patiently answering questions about batteries for my Chevy Silverado. I was doing product/price research and comparison for a new battery; other outlets/retailers were FAR LESS helpful & courteous.
2) Giving me his time and effort to remove and INSTALL the battery when I came back to make the purchase.
I have a physical disability which makes it dangerous to do some actions such as lifting and twisting, both of which were necessary, to remove/install the new battery. The other sellers emoloyee(s) either declined to help remove & install a battery purchased or acted clearly like that would be "a huge chore" that they did not want to do. Kudos to O'Reillys and SPECIFICALLY SEBASTIAN!
The product (battery) was a performance/price winner compared to other options and sellers also. I highly recommend O'Reillys, specifically the Eagle Drive location. I had done business with O'Reillys over the past years as well as since this battery purchase and continue to receive excellent customer service and quality automotive necessities.

Today was a Monday, however the AMAZING team at O’Reilly helped get me back on the road with the right lug nuts in tote. With high temperatures and a blaring car alarm that was unforgiving, I appreciate the service and kindness that my mom and I both received. In a world where great service is hard to come by I appreciate the team here so much for keeping me cool, informed, and encouraged during my car crisis!!! Peace and Blessing to you all!!

I dealt with the location on university by Kroger, and the location in pilot point today. Every person was attentive and helpful. They answered my dumb questions with respect. They helped me dig for my electric receipt to find my battery warranty. I will recommend and use them in the future!

I go to many locations and deal with many O’Reilly employees. Wayne is one of the best. Quick greeting with a friendly smile and he takes care of people. This store is great and he is one of the reasons its my favorite store.

I wasn't sure exactly what radiator of 2 that I needed so they ordered both from the warehouse just to make sure they had the right one. O'REILLY'S is so good you never have to pay for the part to have it ordered.

I usually choose o'Reilly's for my car needs. I've never had a problem here. The best experience I've had here was when my battery went dead and I brought it in expecting there to be a hassle for a replacement. To my surprise they saw just briefly checked the sticker, grabbed one off the shelf and without question or hassle handed it over to me. No paperwork, just that simple.

This was my first visit to this location. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. They had me in and out, and back on the road with my problem solved in no time. I will definitely be back.
