The service here was amazing! We changed the color we wanted for our tent at the last minute, and they had no problem accommodating us! When we arrived for our install, the staff was friendly. The install took under 2 hours, but while you're waiting, there are a lot of things to browse in the store. Kelsey was so sweet and kept my 4 year-old entertained the whole time :). My husband is happy with the installation job, which is impressive because he is very picky. He loves the way the camper looks on his FirstGen Tacoma. We appreciate the service and we are loving our new camper.

I’ve been to Artemis twice now and have had a Wonderful experience working with Aaron and staff. 1st visit I was offered a great cup of coffee. I explained to Aaron that my main goal was to Overland and I was all over the place on where to start 1st on Jeep accessories. Winching capabilities was his suggestion and he helped me with the necessary products to get started and out on the trail with a safe piece of mind. Thanks Artemis!

I have to give a shout out to Kelsie and Aaron for their wonderful customer service. I ordered the Bushwakka En-Suite Awning (great price) and it was missing a few parts and had an small issue with one of the awning wall straps . Rather than waiting for the manufacturer to warranty the awning, they immediately took things to a higher level by shipping me a new awning for my troubles! I highly recommend Artemis for all of your overlanding equipment needs. Very nice folks to deal with. Thanks again!!

Sent here by Super Pacific because I was looking for an X1. They had several in stock, was 1/2 the distance I was prepared to drive and was able to accommodate me at my schedule on a Saturday. Aaron's team did a great job getting the X1 installed and even connected the 3rd brake light which is not standard at SP. Aaron even sweetened the deal with some molle panels and SP cargo packs. There was a shipping related chip on one of the door panels that I accepted and drove home to resolve remotely. I was being a little picky with SP on how to correct the issue however they weren't as accommodating as I wanted. When Aaron realized I wasn't 100% pleased he stepped up to the plate and covered the difference on his own dime. Additionally, they have a pretty awesome little shop to browse around. A nice assortment of quality products immediately available. If you're in the area stop in and check it out.

Aaron and Kelsie were awesome throughout the entire process. I purchased a Roofnest rooftop tent from them and they went above and beyond with communication and installation. Kelsie answered my MANY phones calls asking questions before buying since it was a big purchase for me and was so patient each time. She also stayed in contact with me over email throughout the entire process. I came to install and they helped me fix something on my car I broke while trying to install my crossbars myself and were so patient and answered any questions I had. Kelsie seems to be new to Artemis and did awesome so any issues in the past from reviews with communication seems to be ironed out she's a true pro! Can't recommend them enough!!

Absolutely, hands down, the best customer service I have experienced to date. And a quality product to stand behind. I ordered aluminum traction boards from them recently and they are exactly what I was looking for. Very excited to find a solid vendor, I will be buying from them again.

Great experience. I ordered a Frontrunner Slimline Roof Rack, it was dropshipped by Frontrunner, i got it in 5 days and somehow paid $450 less than Frontrunner charges. I recommend Artemis Overland to everyone.

Artemis has a good variety of great camping equipment. We love our zero23 tent! They really spent time with us and when we had a problem with the zipper they told us to bring it back in and they fixed it. The Engel cooler is also highly recommended!

Made a purchase for an OzTent Tent fly. Then found out (from OzTent) that the fly I purchased and thought would be compatible with my tent was a no-go.
I contacted Artemis and Keri was awesome, as the item had not shipped yet I was able to cancel and thus avoid return shipping costs.
They were super accommodating and very pleasant to deal with.

Aaron and his crew at Artemis were fantastic! They sourced a hard to find RSI SmartCap for my truck in just a couple short weeks; when I went to pick it up, they even assembled it and installed it. Artemis carries proven solutions for overlanding problems (even ones you didn't know you had!) and is a fantastic resource for local events, conditions and support. Can't recommend them strongly enough!
