Window World of Asheville

This is the second time that we have used Window World for replacement windows. They did all of our regular windows in the past, but this time we had to have the huge triangle and square shaped windows in our log home replaced. That was a big undertaking. They did an absolutely excellent job, and made sure that we were totally satisfied. I would highly recommend them to anyone if you want a business that stands behind their work, and makes customer satisfaction their priority.

I have never bought windows or had them installed..I do know people that have and everyone that I have come in contact with say they love them. They all look very nice and well done. I have watched there children grow up on the commercials then I watch as their grandchildren grew as well.. even though I have never met them I have come to love and respect them all year after year..Thanks for all the beauty yall have brought to our mountains through the beautiful windows y'all install everyday

Such a great experience! After purchasing windows from Window World a few years ago, I thought about what they had to offer in the way of siding. The insulated siding has made a huge difference on my house. Scott made my decision to go with Window World even easier. Denise in the office was very helpful as well. The installation crew was top notch and 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

We have been replacing windows in stages, having started with a major home improvement chain. After some issues with our order that were ultimately addressed after much time and conversation, we decided move on and to give Window world of Asheville our next round of business. Our experience has been much more positive. All of the people with who. We have interacted have been personable, responsible, competent, and true to their word. We did experience one problem with a window, and Denise Spachman worked with us to make sure that we will get the right window on our project schedule. She has been terrific to work with throughout the process

Kenneth, Carlos and crew were all great to work with. Kenneth kept in touch the entire process - answering all questions. He kept me updated on times the day of installation and checked in at the end of the day to see how everything was going. Carlos and his crew arrived on schedule and completed the job within one day. The windows are really cute now they’re in. We’re very happy with them. We debated on getting the much more expensive Pella Windows but are so happy with the vinyl Window World windows. I know we made a great choice!

Kenneth was excellent to work with prior to installation. He was always available to answer questions. On installation day, Carlos and his crew were too good—they finished hours ahead of schedule. Highly recommend.

This past Monday or Tuesday my husband and I went into the office of Window World in Asheville to get service on one of our windows. The young lady at the front desk (Victoria) greeted us and was so helpful and professional, one could tell immediately that she was going to solve our issue. Once we explained the problem she immediately went into another room came back with a date and time that Kenneth would be at our house on Wednesday. She even wrote the info on a sticky note for us. More companies would do well to hire and keep customer service people like Victoria.

Not often do I find a business that lives up to its reputation 100%. Oct 16, 2023 arrival time 7:30 AM as promised, everyone knew their job and got right to it. They hauled off the old, and cleaned up. The windows, I love them. Air tight and makes my house look like it has sunglasses on! Energy efficient = lower power bills and increases the value of my house. Thank you Window World. JOB WELL DONE!

We had seven Casement windows installed. Scott (salesman) very professional and Bo and partner ( installer) did a superior job. Windows look and work exceptionally well.

After searching for months for someone to renovate the outside of our house got in touch with Window World. Kenneth was most helpful, Tom come down and did a great job and very professional with his work, we are so pleased with him. Finished the fascia, soffits, gutters and siding like he was working on his own house. Why do local folks make every excuse in the world not to remodel? We worked with Scott in Sales, and Carlos on the installation team to replace the windows in a large property we own. I can't say enough about the professionalism and thoroughness of the entire team at Window World. The have made the entire process easy, from start to finish.

Scott from Window World provided amazing service as I was looking to special order a new front door with a built in dog door. I especially loved that Scott scheduled a appointment with me, for a specific date and time and not a 4 hour waiting period. He came to my house to take measurements and start the door design process. Scott was on-time and provided expert level knowledge about doors and the Installation process.

Tom installed my door for me, I wouldn't call it a standard installation process, definitely a few challenges with my house frame but Tom handled it all like a truly experienced professional.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Scott was great from the start and the installers were fast, knowledgeable and cared about the job they did. I would highly recommend them. I was a bit nervous because I hadn't done anything like this before and it was a big job and it was MY house, but they made me feel comfortable. They were on time and installed 26 windows in one day and did an amazing job. Scott even dropped by to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was happy.
