Walser Polar Chevrolet Service

I purchased a new truck today and could not be happier. Jonathan was great to work with and made the process as smooth as possible. I will be back to Walser Chevrolet when ready to purchase a new vehicle.

Polar Chev has a great service center! The employees seem to go above and beyond for the customer. At least from what I've noticed in my case, whenever I take my vehicle in. They are also very patient and polite. Not only that, the mechanics do a fantastic job. I will continue to take my vehicle here. I am happy to be a returning customer here. Thanks.

Stopped in with screw in tire, no appointment, snowed night before. Marco's Munoz was advisor, knowing how busy they were. I asked him if they could fit me in - he immediately went to check and tire guys could get me right in and it will take a half hour. Not a big sale, but excellent customer service! They even offered to wash my truck! You cannot beat WALSER for sales or service!!

I get extremely anxious when going to get my vehicle serviced, especially at dealerships. I don’t know much about cars, so I’m always nervous that I won’t know the answers to certain questions, or that my lack of knowledge will be taken advantage of. Nick Bruton at Walser Polar Chevrolet made everything easy. He answered all of my questions, explained things in a way I could understand, and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of on all fronts. Nick’s friendliness and thoroughness will definitely be bringing me back to him for future servicing!

Dave from the parts counter was very accommodating for a part I critically needed right away and he was able to get it up here early the very next morning from Chicago at no charge. Rosedale Chev tried to charge me $25 to have it delivered overnight. Always call around to some different dealerships if you need a part right away because different automotive groups have different shipping arrangements and fee schedules with the warehouse that may have your part.

Brand new expansion. If you have an appointment you drive in one of 3 overhead doors on the west side of building. Look for the giant Polar Bear just off HWY 61 and your there. You are waited on as soon as you get out of your car. They go over the work you want performed on your car and go to waiting area for a cup of coffee, TV, or go through the showroom to see latest cars and SUV. You will receive a video from the mechanic working on your car giveing you a update on your car. Ive been doing there since 2015 and they just keep getting better.

The customer service was excellent. Brad Ross made the experience of buying a car great. He made us feel comfortable and kept us inform on everything during the process.
