I had chicken enchilada suiza with rice and refried beans and our guests had steak burritos with rice and refried beans. We all enjoyed our meals and the food was fresh and plentiful. Service was on point. Give it a try. Casa Vieja Grill won't disappoint.

Great food, great service, two types of salsa for you and a very colorful and festive decor! There is alot to choose from in the menu! we enjoyed everything and all of the staff were very friendly and attentive. definitely a must try!

Found this spot on Google Maps. The description mentioned chimichangas and margaritas. Good combo after driving across the state today. And it does not disappoint. Other descriptives: huge portions, reasonably priced, quick service, hot and fresh!

DELICIOUS! Visited after work one day rather than cooking and I was very impressed pleased.
The shrimp fajita was perfectly cooked and delectably tasty. Had enough food for leftovers and tasted just as good rewarded. The service was good as well. Oh, the salsa - although spicy, it was really, really good!!

I just moved into the area so I am doing a food tour. While on a walk I noticed this restraunt and decided it was time for lunch. I walked in the front door and was greeted with an upbeat atmosphere. I waited at the front for a brief moment until a server asked how many. After answering i was led to a table. Sonce it was my first time i wanted to really loom at the menu and try some things. So instead of normal fajita order i tried a combo plate with, cheese enchilade, chili rellano and a beef taco. It also came with chicken tortilla soup and rice and beans. All of that food for 14 bucks!!! Value!!
The chips and salsa are okay standard faire. Nothing to write home about but will do the trick while waiting.
The cheese enchilada was by far the worst thing i tried. It was bland and had nearly no flavor sadly. But now onto the good stuff. The chili rellano is a solid take on ehat you would expect. Seasoned and cooked well. The shredded beef taco is crunchy and very flavorful. Surprise best thing? The chicken tortilla soup, it had so much flavor and just tasted amazing!! If you are in the area and looking to eat some mexican food check this place out!!

We had been to The Wildflowers in Lancaster and were hungry for good Mexican food and margaritas. Yelp recommended this restaurant and it didn't disappoint. Everything about this restaurant, the service, the salsa & chips, the food and the margaritas were excellent. Cesar, our waiter, had the best personality and truly cared about our experience as first time customers. His big personality was so appreciated. The food was served hot, in big portions and so delicious. We plan to drive the half hour from our house to Santa Clarita to enjoy the amazing food at this restaurant. Thank you Cafe Vieja for a wonderful experience.

The best Mexican food ever. Service staff was great too. Was there alone and they were all asking how I was and how everything was going. The Cadillac Margarita was off the charts.

Went for the first time. Margaritas were very good. We both had beef tacos. Everything was delicious! Best soup ever! Kind of far for us but we will make the drive. It’s worth it. Server was pleasant and helpful. Great restaurant we will be back!

Easily my favorite restaurant in Santa Clarita. Walking in, you are greeted with smiles, friendly service, and beautiful handmade furniture imported from Mexico. The food is delicious and picturesque (especially the fajitas) and the margaritas are generous and tasty. I couldn't recommend this restaurant more. (I go here at least once a week)

We've been eating at Casa Vieja for years now every experience is good the food is excellent authentic and filling. Their portions are generous and the food never seems premade . My favorite is the Camerones diablas. But their green chili is also excellent.
