Very rude. Just wanted some information on a package I had gotten a delivery notice for 3 days earlier. Didn’t have an ID to pick it up, I was told the information I had was most likely wrong in a very rude tone.

Very rude, wouldnt allow me to have my P.O. box after 7 yrs. Cause of second form of id to verify my address which i had and still live at the address for the last 8 yrs
