Starbucks

My standard review for a chain outlet is 4 stars. This Starbucks tastes 5 stars because it's comfortable, tidy, well appointed, has pleasant baristas, and has a plethora of power outlets.

I had the best time at this Starbucks with 2 of my most favorite people in the world. This place will always hold some nostalgia for me now, the employees and even the customers were very kind and friendly, this place deserves 10 stars at the least

Delicious coffee, friendly service. Today they seemed short staffed and even though they were over run with customers, they were friendly and wonderful.

A must stop before you drive on 128 to Mendocino. We actually made the order with drive thru but these is a mistake with the order and they fixed. Amazing customer service and did I mentioned that they have 2 clean restrooms.

While in the dale. Cloverdale, that is. Definitely stop off at this gem of Starbucks. Just don't ever work there!

Got two large lattes. Very fast and friendly service.

Stopped here for a latte on our long drive to redwoods national park. Fortunately they were open on a thanksgiving day. Service was quick, latte was pretty good too. Restrooms were well maintained. Conveniently located right next to a gas station.

I stopped at this Starbucks while driving from Eureka to San Jose. Very convenient location right beside the Sinclair gas station. Service was pretty fast for an order of two frappucinos.

Stop for a Grande Latte and to stretch my legs. Service was great. Restrooms were clean. Patrons were non-threatening. An add plus if your a senior or disabled. 🤗🇺🇸

Sweet employees. Easy access right off Hwy 101 ramps. Great customer service and of course, coffee.

I don't know who the young blonde lady was that was making all the drinks but she should train everybody. I mean every employee that wants to work at any Starbucks must be trained by her.. Easily the best drink I've ever ordered in record time and absolutely delightful. I don't live in Cali or I would go back in and get her name just to call corporate and let them know awesome this employee was. I think this is the 3rd 5 star rating I've ever given. Totally warranted.

I've stopped here a few times. Always happy with this Starbucks. Hot food, hot coffee, great people work there.

Best experience in ANY Starbucks I've ever been too. Bar none. The young lady making the drinks should train every Starbucks employee nation wide. She was next level good. I wish I would of gotten her name because I would of called corporate to let them know how beyond good she is.

Worked through the details of a quad machiato - always an adventure, but they got it right here!

This place is usually busy. The parking is odd. But, I brought in my old Starbucks cup that I've had forever. I requested a coffee fill up. She rinsed the cup with hot water, filled it with coffee (pikes) and sent me on my way - it was on the house cuz I stood in line for a couple minutes - the lady in line behind me said "well happy Thanksgiving eh" - first free cup of coffee from Starbucks ever

Great Starbucks easy access close to fwy on off ramps very good customer service.

Super friendly, super easy freeway on/off access, and even though I’m a “new regular” customer of theirs, I was immediately brought into their family like they’ve known me and MY eclectic little family for my whole life!!! Definitely one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to- they’re consistently amazing!!!

Always as good as expected and that’s what brings me back again and again

Lovely staff. Great service. If your coffee seemed odd, they will happily remake it with no extra cost
