I needed a key duplicated and after 3 attempts to copy the original key, the manager Sam, actually drove to see the door lock personally, so he could find a way to get me a duplicate that worked. He took his lunch break to help me with a $2.50 key.

Great staff. Helpful, friendly and a great selection of items. It's great you can get stuff not normally in this store delivered to store or home. Bought my Traeger grill here and the 2 guys who delivered it where amazing.

We have always found what we needed here, and received helpful advice when uncertain as to which product is best for our intended purpose.
Recently, the battery died in our key fob for our 2017 Toyota. We thought we would have to go all of the way to Freeman Toyota in Santa Rosa to have it replaced. It was suggested that we bring it to the local Ace hardware store— right here in Cloverdale. They had the necessary battery, and installed it immediately. We were on our way in minutes. It cost $7 for the service— including battery and installation. It was well worth it for the convenience.

Been here a few times with my good ol Mum to do some basic shopping for household goods like paint supplies, caulking materials, fittings, drill bits, etc., and we've found everything we've needed every time ive been in with her so far. The employees are helpful and more than willing to take you around the store to help you with what you need to find. Fair prices for a local place. Great stop and go hardware store especially with the massive parking lot.

Will and his team are friendly and very helpful. Always happy to help out. They have good prices and are competitive with, if not sometimes cheaper than the big box stores. They have extensive stock of items and if they don't have what you need, they can nearly always order it.

Dang near everything I could ever want is here. I still remember when it was in the Sciaini building like 30 years ago. Been coming here for all my home improvement and repair needs since forever. Ask for Sam, he's the sharpest dude there.
