Amazing service, Mr. Young did my chevrons on my Marine Corps service/dress khaki long and short sleeve shirt and alpha coat. $8 per, so a total of $24. He finished in 3 days despite the recent passing of his relative, my condolences to him, but much appreciated!

Mr. Young is an incredibly talented and honorable man! He got my alterations done very quickly and when I accidentally paid him too much, he called me made sure to get my money back to me even though it was just a small amount. He will take care of you.

Mr. Young always provides the best service. Very quick turn around and I have never been disappointed with his fine work. One of the nicest people I have ever known and his prices are more than reasonable.

Mr. Young is a true gentleman and professional. I have taken my clothes to him for over twenty years and I am always pleased. He has altered both of my daughters prom and other dresses. He will add whatever is needed to improve the fit. He knows his craft well.

This tailor shop is fantastic! The man is incredibly friendly and knew exactly what he was talking about. It’s clear he’s a master of his art with many years of experience. I can’t say enough positive comments for Cam Young tailoring. I used Cam Young around 14 years ago. I now live out of town, but I was excited to know he’s still in the same location providing the same great service today! Recently had a zipper replaced on a pair of jeans. The job was completed quickly and done at a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend going here!!!

Have used a few different Taylor's before finding Cam Young's Taylor shop. By far the best and very reasonable prices about 1/2 of what other Taylor shops charge with of not the same but better service and quality. Also quicker turn around service. He is a very nice man and runs a great small business. Just make sure you bring cash or check as he doesn't accept debit or credit! But a small fee he doesn't have to pay to pass on the savings to his customers!

Young made alterations for me on a gown. He did a wonderful job. The gown needed hemmed up and also needed to be taken in around the bust. It looked seamless and was a perfect fit after he made the alterations. I plan to take my bridesmaid dress in for him to alter as well. Great prices too.

According to Young Cam, he's been running this quaint little tailor by himself since 1979. He was helpful and polite, and did an incredible job tailoring a suit jacket for me. He had it ready barely 24 hours after I dropped it off, and charged pretty low prices. Young will get the job done.

I've trusted Cam to alter some very expensive suits for me, and couldn't be happier with the workmanship. He's quick, very fair with his pricing, and a very nice man. Five Star Rating...

Absolutely the Best in all of Des Moines! Recently lost 30lbs. Mr. Young did a great job of making a lot of suit's and shirts look like great on me. Done in record time too?!!
