Karl's Fishing & Outdoors - Fort Worth

I can't say enough amazing stuff about this place! Today was my first day ever visiting Karl's and from the moment I walked in I felt like family. I worked in retail for over 10 years and this store is EXACTLY what true customer service looks like. I'll be a customer for life!

Jerry greeted me right away and was so incredibly helpful, I had a lot of questions about lures, fishing spots, reels, and so much more and he was so knowledgeable and helpful.

The INNOVATION of the lure wall is outstanding!! They have lures on retractable cords and when you pull one to look at it the TV screen on the counter displays an informational video about the lure. Pure genius!!

It just happened to be Member Appreciation Week and they had an event going on later in the day. So I signed up to be a Karl's Club member, bought a few lures and came back later with a friend.

Again we were greeted and treated like family. The event was amazing and we walked away with some free lures to boot! Got to meet Hunter (I hear he's a celebrity) and he gave us even more information and taught my friend how to flip cast!

These guys love thier job and they love fishing and it really shows in this store. I couldn't even wait to get home before taking pics of my amazing haul!

10 outa 10 would recommend I'll for sure be back again!

The staff is very friendly and the store is not like any tackle store I have ever been to. Very nice and organized. This is a great place to buy gifts for fishers in the family with lots of bundles to choose from. Just can't beat the deals!

I'm from out of state and came to Arlington for a business convention. I stopped by to check the store out, having previously ordered some great products from their online venue. I'm so happy I did! The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to chat with! Even though it was my first time in...and I'm from another state to boot... I felt like family in this store. I'd highly recommend this shop to anyone with a love of fishing! Fair warning...the parking situation is pretty cut-throat. Lots of people trying to slip into limited parking spaces. That being said, it was more than worth it! Go shop at Karl's!

Just got back from Disney and decided to head to Karl's for the first time. I had a more magical experience at Karl's then I did Disney!!

You have to go check out this amazing place. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially if you're a new angler. They have a lot more in stock then you would expect. Something for every angler and every fish.

Don't forget to head to the trinity river next to the shop to try your new gear out. Writing this after hooking up to a large mouth just about 45 minutes after leaving the store. All thanks to the tips I got at Karl's.

Every experience at Karl’s is a great one!! The store is always welcoming and the employees are very nice and so helpful! Hunter is my go to guy there!! Jerry is always welcoming and helpful!!! I will say 5 stars doesn’t even cover it!! They deserve 20!! If you love fishing you must stop by and check them out!!!

The Staff are Amazing!! They help you and help others get the correct gear and baits. The baits and clothes are Great!! Great prices and really helpful!! Best outdoor store with Great Staff!! Jerry and Hunter are Really Great fishing people!!

We traveled all the way from Charlotte North Carolina to come visit Karls. The customer service was fantastic the workers gave discounts on everything and even gave us a free Googan squad green and gold series rod and a green series spinning reel 100% free not even including all the free baits. Karls is a 10 out of 10 need to visit store!

So I’m not even really a big fishing person.. starting to really get into it because of my husband’s family, and this place is so fun for me to visit. Jerry and David are awesome and helped me find what I needed both times (without making me feel clueless). Plus I got some sweet discounts and free items with a promo they had going on. I plan to do a lot of birthday/Father’s Day/Christmas shopping here!

Always feel welcomed by the friendly staff. They are always helpful and knowledgeable about not just their products, but where to go fishing.

What a great experience. The staff is top rate. Hunter Ward was outstanding, he was as excited as I was as I was picking out a new rod and real. Hunter was so knowledgeable about everything. He helped me put together a great combo. Thank very much.

Visited the MOA location and the service was outstanding! Knowledgeable and outgoing staff! Got us set up with a subscription and tossed us some freebies! The store presentation was great and they had everything we were looking for! 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking for great name brand lures, gear, and of course, the mystery tackle boxes!

This is a very fun stop if you love fishing. I have been a fan of Karl's online for quite some time and was excited to see a brick and mortar store. Everyone inside was very friendly and helpful. Lots of lures, rods and reels are available to see and purchase. The demo videos for all of the different lures is a great idea and can help new anglers in proper rigging. We really enjoyed our stop in and will definitely be back!

Great store with unique fishing lures that can't be found at other stores. I got my husband one of the large mystery boxes for Christmas and it was awesome. Amazing customer service as well.

I went to the new Fort Worth location during the grand opening, and I enjoyed the whole store! Lots of great selection, and they even gave me some new lures for free! I will be coming back soon!

Went yesterday after a friend told me about the fabulous experience he had and Jerry and hunter did not disappoint.they were so knowledgeable and taught me so much . I eaven leared how to flick.I can't wait to get out there and catch some fish .
