Action Glass

My office glass door fell off of the pivot points (hinges) as I was leaving for the day on Friday. I called Action Glass. Jeff Cooper walked me through how to get it fixed back on the pivots and secured for the weekend. Jeff & his helper Garvin showed up on Monday and made the necessary repairs at the price quoted. Very nice and helpful. Saved me from an after hours or weekend overtime charge.

Eva and John were amazing! Best price and service around. Our store was burglarized and they had us back to normal in no time. Most companies would capitalize on our misfortune but these guys were amazing! We will be loyal customers (hopefully not from another robbery) Thx Guys!

I needed several glass panes replace due to my home under contract and they were there the next day for a fair bid. Next day, job completed. Excellent work and extremely timely. Office personnel very friendly.

John came to my home in Payne Springs 4-5 times to repair Motorhome windshield . Most professional service I have ever received from any glass company in over 50 years.

Called action glass because of the recent storn talke to Shea she was so wonderful and professional over the phone she scheduled and got my windows replaced fast and professional Mr John came out and installed all my windows w as s very fast and courteous i will call Action Glass for all my glass needs

Wow. Just wow. The service (or lack thereof) that I received from action glass was horrible.
On Saturday I spoke with Eva about having a window replaced in my home and was told that the replacement with the same-day emergency fee would be $550 but if I waited until Monday it would be $250. I opted to wait until Monday and was told a technician would be at my residence between 11a and 1p.

Monday comes around and I haven't heard anything by 12:30 so I call Action Glass and am told that I will have to pay the emergency fee of $300 if I wanted to have someone come out same day. When I asked why, I was told that it was because Action Glass prioritized orders that were placed same day over my order that I placed 2 days prior and since it was already so late in the day and the technician would have to drive 2 hours, I would have to pay the fee. I explained to the woman on the phone that I was told that I would not have to pay the emergency fee because my order was not same day and she said that she understood and would have a technician come out and send me an ETA.

This was the end of my communications with Action Glass as they would not answer my numerous calls and texts throughout the day. The amount of disrespect, unprofessionalism, and price gouging that was shown towards me was unbelievable. As someone who does not often write bad reviews, I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone.

They were days late on their installment of windows. They left the windows filthy. The screens fell off after a couple of days. I had to request they come back and ask them to clean the windows covered with silicone glue. When I complained to the boss she said … it is tough times and Covid has taken a toll . I have a warranty on my screens. I reached out about getting my screens fixed with no reply.I regret my decision to trust Action Glass. FYI. I felt strong enough to post this .

I will never understand a business setting an appointment and being a no-show, without as much as a courtesy phone call. I took off work to meet for an estimate. Time I will have to make up, is a quick courtesy phone call must be too much to ask?? Signals to me what I could expect with an actual install??. Unfortunately for Action Glass, my $5000 window install will be going to another local business in our area who did keep their appt. Business must be so good that keeping an appt for new business isn’t a priority. However, in a small town like ours, reputation goes a long way. Good luck with keeping the next appts YOU make (or perhaps, don’t make it). Should have put more value in the repeated bad reviews of this exact situation. DONT TAKE OFF WORK TO WAIT ON THIS COMPANY. At the very least, schedule when you will already be home.
