Sant Ambroeus Coffee Bar

Had the special panini of the day with an anchovy red pepper spread and smoked Salmon. Came with a lightly dressed salad. Cappuccino was as great as expected. The other patrons there are very fancy. If you don’t mind being stared at, great dine in option for a brunch snack.

Wonderful dining experience. Busy, some tables available, foot traffic goes through the restaurant for ordering to go. Pets are allowed, which is ok as long as they are behaved. Not always the case. Had a montecarlo coffee, chai latte and smoked salmon today. Very tasty.

Stopped in for a cup of coffee after skiing and walking around town. We walked around looking at a few coffee ships before we found this one to be the most cozy. Excellent location, very nice staff. Desserts looked amazing. It is a small location with minimal seating

I absolutely adore this place and it is my go-to spot for coffee and pastries in Aspen. Their coffee is potent and I like that! The aesthetics and vibe of this place is so cozy and beautiful, I love spending time here just working on the sofa or hanging out with friends on the outdoor patio. This place is so cute and their food is also pretty delicious, from the paninis to avocado toast. It's fun that we have a Sant Ambroeus in Aspen now. I recommend this place to all of my real estate clients and friends who are in town when we want to meet up for breakfast. 10/10 recommend, as an Aspen local.

Terrific new addition to the cafe scene in Aspen. They have table service indoors and on Hyman with a tiny bit of counter space for standing or takeaway. The current menu is small sandwiches & bites, as well as the full line-up of delicious Italian pastries and coffee drinks. Service was fun & friendly.

Cozy and charming coffee bar in downtown Aspen. Actual waiters taking orders much like European cafes. Baristas artfully making enjoyable assortment of coffee drinks. Wide assortment of tempting pastries can also be found. Come in and try for yourself, you will not be disappointed!

If you are in town, this is a MUST. Coffee is amazing, food’s really tasty. If you like desserts, you have to try the gianduia. Everyone’s so kind there 💕 specially Camila.

Honestly, wonderful. Great food, ambiance. I’ve had great dine in coffee/ soup and fantastic sandwich to go- thanks for coming to Aspen!

We had two drinks and three items to eat. All were very good. Enjoyed them very much. So glad to have this place as options are very slim picking here.

Sant Ambroeus is Aspen’s new gem! Their space is beautiful — really transports you to the best of the best of European ski culture. Their food is excellent! The pastries and cakes are STUNNING and delicious! I highly recommend the apricot pastries and the chocolate hazelnut cake with a fresh espresso. And grab lunch on their patio if you have time, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic coffee and outstanding service from South Africa!

Exquisite true European coffee and bakery. It is pricey (two coffees were $17), but so is most everything in Aspen. The decor is beautiful as is the cute China cups and attention to detail. The cappuccino freddo tastes like summer in Italy. If you want a Starbucks, this is not the place. But ambience and good coffee are here.
