Subway

I placed my order online for BOGO. One FL Tunafish and one FL Turkey. I ordered and paid for it as a guest on the website. I went to pick it up and was told they didn't have an order for Jennifer. The other subway in town was contacted as well. No order for Jennifer there either. And because I ordered and paid under GUEST, I didn't have a record of my order. Only the debit shown on my bank statement. Jamie, the manager, took responsibility for the error and made my subs immediately. Her and her employee Alyssa were very kind and very professional. I will always remember the excellent customer service I received here. So not only great customer service skills at this location, but FANTASTIC FRESH INGREDIENT SUBS!!! This place has quickly made it to my top 5 places to eat in the area! 😁 Highly recommend ❣❣

The workers were quick and they were helpful but the place was a mass and it was a Big Sky on the counters and on the floor took the food home it's absolutely delicious but I will not eat in their restaurant

The food here was great. The service was also excellent... The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of their menu and eager to please...It was nice to sit down and dine in the restaurant...The atmosphere was nice and quiet and made for an enjoyable lunch. Its definitely worth stopping by to grab a bite to eat if you are in the area...

Jacey And Summer are amazing !! They did an awesome job in preparation of our food. They had it very clean, my sandwich and salad bowl was very neat !! I will be back later this week.

Superb food, service, and friendliness. Very clean and positive atmosphere.

We were there today, there was only 2 employees working. Those 2 should recieve a reward, for it being very busy, and keeping the line going, including drive through. They had great attitudes, and didnt let the rush get them down. Kudos to both of you, we need more customer service like you.

My sandwiches are always made well here. The energy from the workers is immaculate, they make it an enjoyable experience everytime I come in. Highly recommend this location!!!

Both my husband and I started a job at this Subway location in August , 2018. I told my self I would never work in a food type / restaurant setting again as I grew up working as a waitress. We had to move from Florida to Gun Barrel City, Tx 75156 back in August because my husband, then fiancé’s mom passed away and we needed to take care of his little brother and 83 year old step dad. So we left our lives behind to do a greater good which we feel was god calling us to do our duties as a family, besides all that we got a job at Subway on Main Street managed by John Ingram. It took awhile to get down how they ran the store but my husband and I now close the store 5 nights out of the week. We love our job and feel it is ran by a great manager. He takes in consideration times that is needed off ( our up coming honey moon we asked for Jan 9-11 off ) and were granted it. He also takes in consideration that we needed certain nights off a week for a small part time job. The store is ran very well, very well kept and VERY CLEAN. I’ve worked in a lot of restaurants and this is the cleanest place by far that I’ve worked in in my entire life. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a fresh sandwich with fresh meats and veggies and with 3-5 min to spare ( depending on how busy the store is at the time) to have a sandwich made. Everything that is prepped is dated with date made, exp. date and times and who ever prepped the item. John Ingram runs a great store and makes sure everything is fresh before serving. He also helps people out who are short on money and I’ve seen him help a family out who’s house burnt down , by giving them a free lunch that day and also set up taking donations for the family including clothing, food etc.. He’s a great Christian man who runs a wonderful store and carries his religion everywhere he goes unlike some others who are only religious 1/2 the time. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a fresh sandwich made to order and this is from a workers point of view. Stop in and see us sometime you will not be disappointed.

Been at this particular Subway many times and have received good service. They make sandwiches just as you have ordered. The employees are professional, courteous and friendly. Oh, their oatmeal cookies are delicious.

Staff is very friendly. Store was clean and inviting. Food was delicious. Manager Mark came by several times to check on us and see if we were satisfied. Great experience.

The staff here was super friendly. They were busy and unlike others that I've been to, they were calm and collected. Apologized for the wait and made sure every sandwich was made perfectly.

Their white chocolate raspberry cookies are the best and course the subs too. Also have used there catering before and it is one place that I will continue to use just because the manager actually listens and even offers advice when having to cater for small birthdays, baby showers even for 40+ people and still stay with the budget first discussed at the beginning.

Great sandwiches,made jus the way u want. The service is better than most places i have visited in this area. I only lived in east Tx for 2yrs. Its an adventure for sure.

Subway has been a favorite of mine for years due to their healthy choices. Always fresh ingredients and good service. Being handicapped I especially appreciate the drive up window.

Haven't been in since last thanksgiving me service was horrible and unfriendly! Today changed all that! It's under NEW MANAGEMENT AND HAS TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Such a nice surprise!!!
