Super pleasant experience, I asked obvious and annoying questions (at least to myself) and still got answers in a respectful manner from a nice lady.

They are more than okay with helping you.

The drive in to the location is odd, but safe.

The people here have always been friendly and helpful. Seldom are they super busy. It's a little difficult to find the driveway. It's just on the east side of El Sombrero Mexican restaurant.

If I can avoid going to any other post office besides this one I do at all costs. The folks who work here are the friendliest and most efficient Postal employees I have come across yet. Also the only location I know of that has handicap accessible doors. As an online marketplace seller I make daily trips to the Post Office and appreciate having a place like this as an option. Great work everyone!

The folks at the Vaughn Post Office have always been kind and willing to help when I’ve needed it. One example, at my previous post office in Seabeck, you had to know someone to get your parcels placed in a locker for pick up. Since I work for a living, the only option I had for parcel pick up was 8-10 on Saturdays; sometimes we wouldn’t be able to pick up Grandma’s packages until after the Holiday had passed! Since moving to the Vaughn area, I have only received a couple of parcel pick up slips when there isn’t room for my parcels in the lockers. When I have called to ask about picking them up, the nice folks have already been proactive and put them in a locker the next day for me. I can’t thank them enough for their wonderful customer service!

Staff at this location are always super helpful and friendly, even after an Amazon binge where I have a stack of boxes waiting for me. The staff remember everyone that use the office on a regular basis and they never disappoint. They even went so far as to help my folks, who are from out of the country, repack items to get them the best deal. Best experience I have had anywhere in the country when it comes to a USPS establishment.

The Post Office Service is Great.
I have big problem with the women with the black Jeep is always speeding in our community on a private road posted at 10 MPH.
I have talked with her multiple times to slow down. Her response is we can’t control how fast she drives on a private road. This women is a Safety Hazard too the people who walk theses roads with there children and dogs. She basically to me we can touch her or impede the mail delivery.
She does not stop at are stop signs or even attempt to slow down.

June 16, 2021. Older looking Female Clerk with brown hair was - didn't seem to care said she was retiring in 2 weeks.- no pride left in her customer service whatsoever. She Insisted on over charging me $4.45 to send a cd that was packed in a flat mailer.!!! I told her it was a cd for the special rate and she started bending it roughly - not careful with customer product - - saying it was rigid - i told her to stop bending it for fear she was breaking it. I said I had sent hundreds of them for much less cost than that, and refused to mail it at that price - told her I would go to Wauna - and she said she would call there to make sure I paid same price - wow - was astonished to here her say something like that - how vindictive? Needless to say Wauna clerk cheerfully sent it as media mail appropriately for less money.

Awful service, the clerk was very disrespectful and rude. Would not recommend.
