The staff at Criterion Chemistries are knowledgeable, helpful and insightful about regulatory and scientific matters with respect to operating a clinical toxicology laboratory. We have worked together frequently and the company I work with use their alternate PT program to cover those analytes difficult to find on available PT panels. They also fill Laboratory Director, Clinical Consultant, Section Director for Toxicology and Technical Supervisor roles for our laboratories. It has been a pleasure working with them and I highly recommend their company.

My children and I were able to get same day results on PCR COVID tests from our car. We didn’t have to wait long even though they were short staffed. The check in process was easy and the employees were personable and made us all feel comfortable.

I have worked with Criterion regarding several Clinical Toxicology laboratories. Both Mary and Alexis are either the Director of Record or Technical Supervisors for labs I am currently associated with. I have also purchased their alternate PT materials to cover the analytes on our panels that the commercially available materials don't provide. All-in-all Criterion provides excellent Technical and Quality support for my Toxicology labs.

Fast easy COVID19 testing

I scheduled an appointment for Friday at 1pm to get my pcr test for a flight I had internationally Monday @ 2am. Before I took my test I asked the lady over the phone whether it was possible for me to get my results back by Saturday and she said yes. I showed up for my appointment on time and proceeded to pay them $150. Come Saturday I never got my results and I couldn’t find anyone available Sunday to give me another test. If it wasn’t for travelers insurance I would’ve lost out on over 2 grand that I paid for this trip all because they didn’t email me my results and yes I checked my inbox and spam and there was nothing. Then come Monday they reply to my email from Saturday questioning them on whether I was getting my results back that day and they just offered to resend my results like that would be sufficient enough for a trip that I had to reschedule.
