The Homestead Restaurant & Bakery

They have the best mushroom and three cheese omelette I've ever had. The mushrooms are incredible. If you're a mushroom connoisseur, you have to try this place. My wife and I also shared a couple blueberry pancakes. Not only were they big, they were delicious.

I almost forgot to mention, they have a bakery and I bought a loaf of sourdough bread to bring home. I had a couple pieces of my dinner tonight and it was incredible as well. I can't recommend this place enough.

This little restaurant had absolutely delicious food and great service. What a gem! I will be back. I ended up eating both breakfast and lunch…salad was super fresh. I asked for a dry omelette with less cheese and it was perfect. The portabella mushrooms made the veggie omelette particularly delicious.

We got carry out since we were about to start our 3 hour road trip home, around 11/11:30 AM today, it was so delicious and kept us full the whole ride! 😀

(We planned on probably needing to wait 20-30 minutes or so before our food was ready, since today was Sunday brunch time-so plan this for yourself too!)

My boyfriend got the breakfast burrito and a cinnamon chocolate chip scone, he said they were both really good! 🌯

I got the chicken and waffles, which were amazing! The green onions on top were a new game changer for me, I loved it! (Their plasticware was also very strong and made it very easy to eat my meal in the car) 🍴🍗🧇

I then also got a chocolate chip cookie-my only complaint is I wish it was warmed up/a little gooey. 🍪

The staff was also very friendly, I would 100% recommend!

I cannot get enough of this place. Everything is good. I have not had a bad experience yet. I definitely favor the breakfast menu here but I do love their dill chicken sandwich. Best fries in White Lake

Service at The Homestead was solid on a Saturday at 10AM! The cinnamon roll was out of this world, the biscuits and gravy were fluffy and savory, and the a la carte menu was a great value to try different menu items.

This was a wonderful place to go have breakfast at. I had the stuffed hash browns minus ranch add biscuit gravy that was so the way to go. My son had the chicken and waffles because we had to see what all the hype was, and we both thought that it was very good. We had an extremely nice waitress, my son thought she was the owner which I'm not sure if she is or not would highly recommend this place. Plus we bought one on their cups, but don't have a pic of it yet.

The BEST breakfast! The biscuits and gravy was to die for. Everything is homemade and biscuit was buttery and melted in your mouth and the gravy was the best we’ve ever had.

The chicken and waffles was the perfect balance of sweet and savory, crispy and delicious! Also, the coffee was great! We will definitely be back!!

I've been here several times and the foods been amazing, but the service today was outstanding. I came too early and they put together a few cinnamon rolls for me anyways. Outstanding service!

Discovered this place while on a camping trip and loved it so much we went back the next day! The food was incredible and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend the chicken and waffles, one of the best I’ve ever had. We bought a loaf of delicious cinnamon bread and some cookies as well, highly recommend checking this place out!!

Great place. The food is always good, the staff is pleasant, and they have a cozy atmosphere. And really good cinnamon rolls!

Good food. Fast service. Reasonably-priced. Hashbrowns are a bit on the salty side. So just order no salt or lightly salted.

The food was so high quality but the prices are reasonable! Waiting staff was also very kind and attentive.

My husband found this and it turned out to be a gem. Food was delicious, service was impeccable. Our Taylor Swift loving girls loved that the first day we went, that’s what they had playing. Went back a second day during our stay and everything as delicious as the first time (minus the TS radio but our girls survived). This place is awesome and the prices are so reasonable it shocked us for a minute.

The cinnamon rolls with the maple frosting are the best. Never had frosting like that and it smells super good. A MUST TRY!!!!!

Stopped in for 1 of their yummy Cinnamon Rolls and a loaf of their English Muffin Bread. So good.....

This place is home cooking at its finest. I had the eggs Benedict, the eggs were cooked to perfection, very unique English muffin bread. Bread that is homemade in house and perfect hollandaise sauce. My guests enjoyed the Homestead skillet, which was a little bit of everything. Delicious!! We also so very much enjoyed the fresh ground coffee. Thank you, can’t wait to share this place with more friends.

This is just the place Whitehall needed. The coffee was amazing! The food was great and the bread….🤯 so so good! Looking forward to more items in the menu. Service was friendly and timely. Plus our coffee cups were never left empty. Just what a coffee addict likes. 😏😉
