South Shore Resort Twin Lake, LLC

The resort is nice. Cottage-ie. Many families have been going here for years. The new owner has made some nice updates. Private and public beaches are nice features. Great place to relax and enjoy not having an agenda. Close to Michigan adventure and only about 15 minutes from lake Michigan.

Coming up on a year...That I held my Husband's Memorial Service here...It was beyond words the magic this place brought to a very Special Day I know that hubby was surly smiling down on us..Mary Tobin had this place Shining with her always special touches...Our family felt blessed to have such a beautiful place to share Ed's life and memories of him with friends.
The service was held in the lodge guest speaker was at the fireplace and family and friends gathered around, the place was full it was awesome to see so many..they were up on the stairway looking down once all our seating was full.. and it was beautiful to see such a turnout.
Amazing is all I can say!!
Then we moved to the Sandpiper for some pretty awesome music, luncheon and Memory Video playing..Ended the evening with an outdoor fire and some spectacular over sized sparklers as we toasted and shared memories And of course Eds play list playing in the background.
When all was done our out of town guest stayed in the lodge and occupied the cabins...
Thank you Mary Tobin from me and my 150 guest that had nothing but wonderful things to say about your beautiful place and all that you do.

LOVE South Shore Resort. It was a perfect spot to have this party. I highly recommend this place for a girls weekend/ getaway or family vacation!

This place reminds me of a place I used to go to as a kid every Summer with my family. I brought my family here this weekend to end our Summer doing something fun. The prices are very reasonable. I love the cabins, the beach, the signs all over the resort, and all the vintage nicknaks everywhere. The new owner Mary is amazing! She made sure our cabin was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed including brand new sheets, pillows, towels, etc. I can't wait to come back here. Hoping we get good snow down here this Winter so I can do some snowmobile riding and book this place again. A little slice of peace and tranquility and a great place to bring your family or a weekend getaway with your significant other. I can't recommend this place enough.

I attended this place for a memorial service for a treasured friend. The place is beautiful inside and out. I would recommend for anyone visiting the area as a relaxing place that does have water access for any lake experiences.

The best and cleanest place ever to stay. Very Beautiful. A must see... The owner, Jeff Smith, is a wonderful host and does his best to please his guest.

Been coming here for 22 Yeat . Always a relaxing and fun vacation for our family. Jeff, the owner, keeps the grounds clean and always looking great! Great place to come for a young family.

In my opinion about this place is that they have a nice owner and this is my 5th favorite place to stay at for my family vacation. We stayed here in the Summer of August 2014. This is a great place to stay at in the summertime in Pure Michigan. :)

This was the perfect spot for a quick vacation. Loved the beach front, kayaks, bikes and the cabins were very clean and comfortable. Definitely coming back in the future

Jeff, Chloe and Alex have an awesome property. We’ve been traveling to there for 20 years and no place has ever compared to it. A great family spot
