Super helpful staff member came out to my camper to assist with a loose wheel, suggested multiple good options for a fix, and I was back on the road safely again in matter of minutes with the exact new tools I needed. Very pleased, and highly recommend!

Always a pleasure growing up auto zone was the place to be seems I find my self unable to find what I want there then I come here and they usually have it which is saying something cuz I drive a 2004 saturn vue and saturn is discontinued so not easy to find stuff for

Our truck broke down in Whitehall, Mi and being from out of town we called many shops for repair. We were stranded Casey and Ryan from Advanced Auto talked to my husband on the phone and delivered the parts and tools to make the needed repairs. That is over and beyond what you would expect! Very helpful staff. If the store doesn't have the part in stock they will order it. Depending upon the time ordered, it will be there that day, or early the next. Can also order online and either pick up at the store, or have it shipped to my house.👍👍
