I always get the best service at the Greenwood, Indiana USPS Smith Valley Road location! Whenever I need help with shipping Rita, Rodney, George, Becky and staff always have the answers!

I used this branch to apply for my passport. It was a quick process and Rita was very helpful and friendly. Please thank her again for me!

We have been using their services since 1994 and always had very good experiences with how they helped us getting our international and domestic mail processed, getting passports renewed and recently went out of their way to help us resolve a Mail fraud resulting in a $60 refund.

Sometimes busy, but the staff is always pleasant.

Scheduled a passport appointment here three weeks ago and today I received a call from someone at the location saying that they're cancelling my passport appointment that I was supposed to have in three days.

Was told to schedule another appointment at a different location. These appointments have to be booked weeks in advance for weekend appointments, which is very frustrating. The person I was speaking to was rude and seemed offended when I asked why my appointment was cancelled.

This place is a joke. Horrible customer service. I’ve been trying to receive my mail since September. Still nothing. Their “fix” was to do ANOTHER (this would be 5 times now) change of address form.

Three cashiers one window open…….The line is outside. They have no sense of urgency. One lady stood and taped up envelopes as we all stood in line waiting.

Management staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Been dealing with an issue for over 8 months about not having a working key to my mailbox. They are contracted with the apartment complex to change over mailbox keys, but for some reason when a resident can't get a hold of management to do that and tries to deal with the post office directly, the post office thinks it's right to charge $40 to the resident to get their mailbox key changed. The supervisor interrupted me multiple times during the conversation and gave no actual resolution. After I had an open investigation into the matter started and was given a resolution email without any resolution actually being reached. It's been an absolute headache and a nightmare to deal with on both ends, but the worst part is knowing that USPS is not actually committed to helping the people it serves, but rather finds it right to charge them for situations that are out of their own control.

I moved down here this year and they are so bad to work with. First I had to submit a form of people at the residence 4times. Didn't get my mail for over 2weeks. Then I had a different issue with them today. I get told that they will put my mail on hold and to come into the post office to pick up. So I waste my gas to go there, just for them to be like we already sent it out with the carriers for the day.(I had it on hold before this location was even open) Worst post office I have ever dealt with.
