The customer service was amazing! I had a few questions about my reservation prior to picking up the rental and everyone who assisted me on the phone was very helpful. Pick up/drop off was seamless and straightforward! Our vehicle was very nice/NEW/comfortable and the prices were reasonable!

The Johnston Enterprise location is wonderful to work with. They do a great job of listening to the renter and finding the best for vehicle in the Price point the renter is needing. Thank you for going and beyond when our needs were “extra”

Enterprise worked very well with me, explained everything I needed to know about renting a vehicle, and the options I had as far as insurance and other related items. I have rented from Enterprise for years, and will continue to do so.

Any road trip i ever plan, i rent from Enterprise in Johnston. Theres simply no better option. My only very small complaint would be, i dont think i have ever gotten the car i reserved online. Other than that, i never have had any major issues here. They even have a drop box for keys for after hours returns.

Had several issues with the car during our trip. Upon returning the car, the rental agent was very eager to make sure we were satisfied with her efforts to fairly compensate us for the issues with the car.

I had a great experience with them. They met me at the place I dropped my car off at and gave me a pretty nice vehicle. They called me the same day to not scam me and say the vehicle looks great and they're going to refund 100% of my deposit. Also rescheduled like 4 times with them and they never complained.

Had great customer service the entire time. Mike stayed and waited while I was running late. I’m sure they wanted to go home but waited to get me in my rental. Had a few minor issues after the fact but all were corrected to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

No one really wants to have to rent a car but if you do, I strongly recommend this Johnston location. The vehicle was perfectly fine but the customer service is worth bragging about. These people are amazing. Kind and patient-a great comfort to me at a time when anxiety was in control.

Enterprise is my go to car rental. They have always been easy to work with and straight forward. I've used them around the country for several years. This location in Johnston was great. Our personal car had been totaled and they worked with our insurance to get a rental and made suggestions and inquiries about where to look for a new vehicle and what kinds of vehicle to look at based on our needs.

My son and I came here to pick up a rental car while his car was being repaired. I was originally suppose to pick up a car at the Enterprise location downtown, however they ran out of cars for the day and sent me to their Johnston location. The rental car agents at the Johnston location were EXCEPTIONALLY patient, kind, and professional. The woman with the blonde hair was so so understanding and absolutely beautiful j/s! I would definitely come back here to rent a car in the future if I needed to. Thank you all so much!

I took my car to have some minor repairs done. Since they needed to keep it for several days, I got a rental car from Enterprise. The car was clean and comfortable to drive. The agent was helpful and professional. When I went to pick up my car, all that I had to do was drop off the rental at the repair shop location. It was an easy exchange. S. Kennedy

Wife had to pick up a rental through insurance. Jesse helped her and she was frustrated with the type of car they put her in. Jesse handled it with professionalism and patience and got my wife into a car that made her feel more comfortable.

This Enterprise location is the best one I have ever dealt with. The entire staff is friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. They always have a car when you need it and the cars are always clean and maintained. Even if you have to drive a bit, it is well worth it to work with the staff at this location. Thanks for the great service and continue to be the best.

After my Last rental issues they did me right!! They gave me credit towards next rental and iT was an Really Good car!! I will be going back this fall!!

My truck was stolen on Christmas day. They got us in a car and picked us up total time was 15 minutes, including the drive back to the office to do the paperwork. Will definitely use them again when needed. The car was great and had no issues with anything.

The first car I was given didn't fit me. So I returned it and they let me sit in two other cars to choose the one I wanted. I was going to have it all week and it needed to be comfortable. They were very understanding. The only thing that they could improve on is to include a ice/snow scraper/brush in every rental car.
