White Pine Lodge

We had a wonderful weekend here. The staff is amazing. A true blessing. Rooms were clean and our beds were comfy. The large hot tub was a God send after a day of riding! Thank you White Pine ❤ We will most definitely return!

I stayed at this hotel last year and going to be again this year! Such great staff and good management there from what I could see while staying there! Hard workers that do their job to keep it clean! Love the location right next to the casino and 3 other restraunts and a bars! Also right next to the snowmobile trail if you have a big trailer worried about parking space no worries there! There's the casino right next to hotel and all the parking space at hotel! I highly recommend! good pricing Aswell !

Was very impressed with this place! Inside it is obviously a way better than outside - very clean and cozy, great small store and we love the breakfast choice. As someone mentioned previously they don't have eggs, beacon or sausages but 3 types of oatmeal, fresh delicious Belgian wafers, fruits, milk, yogurts and et cetera... After first stop we planned to stop at this place on our way back home. Thank you to a great and friendly staff that make our long trip a bit easier and comfortable!

This was our 1st time to Chrismas Michigan visiting from Wisconsin. The hotel staff were very kind and truly were a blessing. We stayed at the hotel a week, and the room was comfortable. The location was close to Munising and all of the excursions. The only negative was that the hottub was strong and left our room almost unbearable with chlorine smell. We will be back again someday. Thank you for making this a great experience! 👍

7-years in a row: Across the street from Fogies' bar & Grill (Good food & indoor grill) and a Casino in the same parking lot. What can I say...this is a good start, Right! Rooms clean, shower has lots of pressure and heat! If your all fancy-n-stuff, all the while looking for faults, don't go. If you want a decent place to rest your head with an attached convenience store with beer and snacks, then this is your place. Coffee was hot in the AM. If your anticipating a breakfast with skillet eggs-n-bacon, don't go. I had to leave a couple nights early and the refunded me for both nights which they did not have to do and I did not expect.

Stayed here 7/9/22-7/10/22. Amy went out of her way to fix an issue with my reservation. The hotel was very accommodating and clean. The beds were comfy, hotel was quiet, and the bathrooms were very clean too. Breakfast was free and decent. Would stay again.

We found this hotel in May and booked it because the prices were the best in the area. We aren’t picky because we were backpacking the North Country Trail and just wanted a shower and a bed for the day before and after. Upon arrival, we were beyond pleasantly surprised. The room was absolutely spotless, with a fridge and microwave. There was also plenty of room to spread out and make ourselves comfortable. The woman at check in (brown hair and glasses- we forgot to get a name) was so friendly and informative. She told us breakfast hours and location, hot tub and convenience store hours, and the directions to our room before we even had to ask. We didn’t realize there was free breakfast, and that exceeded our expectations. The bagels and pastries were pre packaged, which is perfect for backpackers and hikers who have to grab something on their way to the early shuttle. The convenience store was a true lifesaver on the last day of the trip, as we were able to get bandaids and everything else we needed at regular convenience store prices, and not have to spend the general overpriced hotel fees on things we forgot. It is about a 10 minute trip to the little shops and boat tours, which is perfect because it is close enough to go back and forth, but far enough to provide accessible parking and keep the noise level down. We will definitely be staying here for our next hiking adventure. Thanks y’all!

The White Pine Lodge was a cozy hotel up near the casino. The rooms were pretty cheap for how comfortable they were. We also booked quite a ways in advance too. I had an issue with the plumbing in my room, and within 15 minutes of informing the front desk the maintenance worker was upstairs and within 45 minutes the issue was resolved. You can't beat that kind of service these days. There's a restaurant called Foggy's right across the street so you won't have to travel a great distance for food. If ever I'm back up in Munising, I'd definitely consider staying here again.

So we were chasing the northern lights this past weekend and ended up at 3 am at White Pine Lodges and we were welcomed by a very friendly gentleman who helped us find a room. The lodges have a massive retail/grocery outlet inside which worked well for late night snacks. Our room was a very affordable two queen bed room, and it was STELLAR!. 5/5 for cleanliness and upkeep and the restroom was spotless too. Needless to say, we had an amazing stay. THIS is not even the best part. I accidentally forgot my Apple Watch under the bed, and when I called them after a few hours the woman told me, they had exactly what I was looking for, and had been trying to contact me. She was sweet enough to mail It to me, and when I called back a couple of days later, she even gave me the tracking number. Amazing service and stay! Would recommend 100%!

We stayed a few days in August, they have a 24/7 convenience store attached, a large hottub, and EXCELLENT customer service. In dealing with 4 different people, everyone was super nice and helpful. We will be staying here again.

This is a nice clean place. We only stayed for one night but we were impressed with the value. They are next to a casino and even give you a voucher to spend. All the staff were pleasant and helpful! Definitely recommend.

The hotel has an easy location just passing Munising. The rooms are very clean, spacious and have a good presentation, the beds are super comfortable, there is a mini fridge and microwave, very convenient. The staff was a bit indifferent and the breakfast was sufficient, waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt, juice, cereal, coffee, hot tea. Very good option!

Staff friendly, comfortable room. Conveniently located Right next to a little casino. Room was quiet. Wife snd I stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time in the area! Zero complaints!!

Hotel is terrific. Clean and simply perfect accommodations. Free breakfast, nice staff. Pool and hot tub great after a long day sledding. Definitely woth the visit!

My husband, our dog, and I stayed here for one night and it was a very nice place. Bed was super comfortable, clean rooms, and free breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very nice, clean and not too pricey hotel a short distance from Munising. The area is less touristy and offers a very convenient stay. We will make sure to be back during our UP explorations.

Right next to a gas station, with a 24 hour gift shop, White Pine Lodge is a great place to stay for your break in UP (Michigan Upper Peninsula). The staff is friendly and the rooms clean. The only thing that can be improved is the breakfast.

Great place to stay. Very clean. The rooms were cozy. There was a little store connected to lodge. The breakfast was great. I would stay again the next time I am in the area.

This place is everything you want in a small town motel. Large rooms, convenient retail store, amenities, and friendly staff. Jim and Angel in particular were especially friendly and helpful during our brief stay here. I would definitely come back.
