The staff were exemplary in their service. Everybody was extremely kind and went above and beyond for my care, and it was all done in a timely manner. Highly recommend for the staff alone!

I've been here twice and both times I've received excellent care. I've seen Dr. Haduck both times and he was friendly, and this last time he came to the urgent care to handle my care specifically since he remembered me. The receptionists both times were extremely helpful and this last visit took my vitals in the waiting room as I had severe sciatic nerve pain. Highly recommended!!

Tremendous experience! Starting with from the time you walk in the door to check in, to your visit with Joe the Nurse, Dr. Hadduck and the technicians. All very nice, polite and professional. We are lucky to have such quality medical professionals here in our small community. 5 Stars, keep up the good work!

My grandfather was brought into the ER on Friday morning and they were thorough and beyond caring. The doctors and nurses were competent and helpful and did everything they could to make him comfortable. They even went so far as to check on me. I am grateful to have this resource in our small town.

Staff are very kind and attentive. The p.a. (Bonnie, I think) listened to my concerns regarding my sick 3 year old and went out of her way to make sure the local pharmacy had a nebulizer machine I could purchase for my son. A sick child on vacation, hours away from home is a nightmare but the urgent care really saved the day.

My wife went in for an urgent care visit after an bicycle accident on Grand Island. Even with limited resources they diagnosed an issue with one of her vertebrae and transferred her to Marquette, where a MRI found that she had fractured it and needed immediate surgical intervention. Thank you all for a spot on diagnosis.

The doctors and staff actually take time to listen and care for their patients. Very impressed and very thankfull !

I go here for labs and x-rays. But for doctors and emergencies I don't.

Misdiagnosed a broken hip with 2 sets of x-rays a month apart. The x-rays were low-quality and cloudy I'm not sure how they were able to see anything in them. The staff is great but the equipment is disappointing
