I cannot say enough good things about Dr Rudzinski. He was very caring & concerned about my situation. The staff (Audrey and Brent, I believe?) were also friendly & accommodating.

Baycare Medical Center has been such a refreshing source of health care. From day one, the service in every department (clinic, the walk-in and the lab) as been exceptional. The appointment schedule allows enough time for the provider to cover the issues that matter to me. The front desk staff is easy to work with. The follow up, no matter what department, has been prompt and thorough. The entire staff show that we are not just a number or an insurance payment. Baycare Medical offers not only health care, but caring all around.

Bonnie Kilpela is absolutely the best!! I cant say enough great things about this amazing woman. She is very professional! She makes you feel so comfortable. Anwsers every question and addresses every concern. She is the best thing to happen to Munising!

Very professional! Quick and convenient appointments. Electronic medical records I can keep on my phone or iPad and can pay bills online. I highly recommend!

Horrible service. Don’t expect to get you business taken care of, without hounding them. Never again!
