I have been back and forth with several different merchant services over the 10 years of our business and Platinum Payments, with Jodi Larsen, has been a refreshing breath of air. Platinum was able to beat all of the competitive merchant service providers I was looking in to in their services and rates. Jodi, especially, has been very accommodating in her service to me and my nit-picky-ness. She is quick to respond to my correspondence, assuring me she understands my situations, and then acts just as quickly to resolve any of my concerns.

The transition to Platinum was seamless and worry free. I didn’t have to do hardly anything!

Platinum Payments make my life so much nicer. I don't have to babysit my rates each month. That in itself is a huge relief! They truly do "guarantee" my rate. There are never any unexpected charges, no big surprises, and they are always helpful if I have any questions. We switched to Platinum Payments 3 months ago after having worked with three other major processors (Stripe, Square, PayPal) and are very happy. Their team helped us through the entire process of setting up our own merchant account, are extremely responsive, very knowledgeable about the industry and transparent with their pricing.
