If you're originally from New York, then you are highly familiar with how it feels to break up with your hometown Chinese food takeout place. You start to think you'll never find a good Chinese food place around here, maybe Florida simply just cannot compare.

Until you give House of China a try.

First time trying this place, and can finally say I found a good spot after living here for almost three years now. Food is amazing, presentable, and flavorful. Variety of menu options, but limited enough to understand the restaurant's specializations. Bonus points for the woman who works the front desk. Incredibly friendly and pleasant within customer service.

Best Chinese Spot in Pasco county! The prices are very affordable, the food is fresh and flavourful, and the staff are very nice. The restaurant is clean. I usually just pick it up for lunch or on my way home and they’re always so quick. They’re my go to spot whenever I’m in the mood for Chinese food. I love their honey chicken, wonton soup, and low mein!

My first time eating here. The food was excellent! I got Kongbao Chicken and Shrimp. Delicious! It’s so tasty with white rice. I highly recommend this restaurant! Friendly price and great service!

We get food from here at least once every couple weeks and it's always good. I always get the same thing: sweet & sour chicken meal comes with rice, egg roll, and soup. Yum! Good portions and fortunes! And very nice family running the business. I'm never disappointed when I go to eat from this restaurant.
Edit: Check out my fortune! they gave me a cookie with my meal and I have to say this is one of the better fortunes I've ever gotten before from a fortune cookie. So fitting! I'm using the numbers on the lotto and I will get back to y'all if they were good for that too!

Edit: The only downside is these kids (the workers) act like they never remember anybody. Always ask for your "name". Bruh you saw me yesterday just give me my food 😂.

I really love this location for Chinese food. Please consider adding yourself to apps such as uber eats, would love to get orders delivered.

I used to always eat here as a kid and even though I’ve moved a bit further away I still come to this place! They never disappoint. The family has always been so nice and the food has always stayed consistent. I never go to other places for Chinese food. They are the best!

Been going here for years, thought it changed hands, but that was not the case. Still the best Chinese food around. Recommend to all.

We use to get take-out every Friday night when we lived in Lutz. We moved to St Petersburg 6 years ago and we still go there every chance we get and then eat-in. The food is always fresh and delicious, and reasonably priced. Great fried rice.
It is a family operation and the children I saw doing homework at the restaurant years ago are now taking my order.

Absolutely delicious had the Bourbon Chicken and Sweet & Sour Chicken and the portion was large and perfect rice cooked perfectly.

We frequently get takeout at house of China, and it never disappoints. Our go tos are black pepper, chicken, General Tsos, crispy hot beef, Mongolian beef, and Szechuan beef. We also really like their egg drop soup but usually add some salt and pepper. We were not fans of their hot and sour soup. Kids also love their sweet donuts for a treat.

Very tasty and priced great. The House Special Lo Mein was delicious. Packed with flavor and they don't skimp on the meat. Spring Rolls were yummy, and the home-made hot mustard sauce is fire. I'll be back for sure.

I’ve tried 20+ Chinese restaurants in Tampa, and this is BY FAR the best takeout you will find anywhere in the city. Quality of food is a step above, portions are massive and the restaurant is extremely clean. Highly recommended.

Very good food and great portions. I ordered the Shrimp w/ mixed vegetables and the shrimp were plentyfull, huge and most importantly, perfectly cooked. The vegetables were cooked to perfection and everything tasted excellent. The combo also came with a nice egg roll and Lo Mein. Both were really good. I also ordered the Beef and Broccoli with shrimp fired rice and both were excellent. The sauce is spot on. The price is right and the orders come up quick. I also got the fried dough for desert and they were cooked I will return. and a bargain. I would reccomend this place.

Food is always good and at a great price. We order from here at least 2-3 times a month. We love it.

This is by far the best carry out Chinese. They do have a small dining room but, we always get takeout. The sesame chicken is excellent! The crab Rangoons are to die for. Very flavorful and creamy. And of course chicken fried rice and chicken lo mein is equally good!
