Ashleigh is the best groomer we have ever had! She asked a lot of questions about Tanner’s general health and how we wanted him cut. She suggested we leave his coat a lityle longer than the last time due to the winter and we agreed.

Drew is the man! Very helpful purchasing a fancy leopard gecko and understanding proper care.

My puppy just completed the beginner pet training class. I was initially concerned that the trainer would not be adequately trained at a chain store. I was pleasantly surprised - our trainer was really good. I do wish the training area was a bit bigger to provide room for puppy socialization / play time. We are signed up for the intermediate class.

Got a new member of the family here. Staff was helpful and informative for a first time fish owner. 🐟

Okay dude straight up I came here with my dog to get him a costume for Halloween and they had the perfect one for him. This was a clean store and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful I'd definitely come back.

Good selection of products and a bright, clean, welcoming store with friendly staff. The line does seem to get pretty long lately, but they usually address that quickly by opening up another lane. Jayden was super helpful and friendly with our recent reptilian terrarium needs :-)

Carol was extremely helpful and patient and gave great advice on all the new cat toys, she deserves a raise. I unpacked all the new toys before taking a picture to upload.

Always have enjoyed this stop. Nice clean aisles and easy access parking. It's a Banfield hospital and groomers all in one.

Chad was so incredibly helpful! I wish you could have seen him helping me get that tags work machine door to open up. He gave it is all that's for sure :-) what great customer service from him and actually all the employees I met there. Definitely bravos are in order for Chad!

It's hard to think about all the visits I made to PetSmart for my Lily. And near the end I was desperate to find something, anything she would eat. I lost my beautiful kitty Lily a week ago after I had made arrangements to let her go over the Rainbow Bridge. She walked that bridge the night before our appointment while I was with her at home until the end. I want to thank PetSmart and their wonderful cashiers for always being so nice to the cat lady (I know there are MANY more like me) and greet everyone with "Welcome In"

They have many brands of dog food. With all the needs of my Dachshund. And not to mention the variety of dresses.They have something for all occasions. And the prices are very affordable. The employees are friendly.

Nice clean big store, friendly helpful staff, large selection of pet supplies. And the pets seem to like it too.

This is a very well run establishment.
I spoke with the manager about her staff and told her how good the employees are. Very willing to help, great smiles on their faces, and listen to everything you have to say. Again, very well run establishment.

Nice clean petsmart location and everyone was so friendly. The staff, from the manager to the fish area to the checkout line was all a great experience. Left with some new fish and a bunch if different items. Their fish area was kept well and they had a good stock. Not much, if any, fancy shrimp or ghost shrimp, but they had a lot of fish selection. They did not have any Koi.

Your grooming salon was amazing. My Pekes came out stunning from top to bottom. They got Meme and Ali added to their customer list.
