Very knowledgeable fixed my. Computer I replaced my power supply and I put a wire in the wrong spot.didnt charge me labor

I took my laptop in because the display did not appear to work after I performed a memory upgrade. Techie dudes successfully started the computer and verified that it worked. Apparently I did not wait long enough for the display to show something after doing the memory upgrade. They did not charge me for the service that they performed because they don't charge for doing problem diagnostics. I highly recommend them for anyone who is experiencing computer issues.

Brought my son's gaming computer in for repair, it was freezing and crashing. They really took the time to make sure they understood was was happening and repaired it quickly. I was sweating it thinking it would end up to be an expensive fix, but it was a very fairly priced repair. Great customer service from everyone I spoke to there. Thank you all!

This past week I brought my 6 year old computer to your North Saint Paul location for a monitor problem I could not solve. I had tried for a couple of hours to fix it with no luck. David fixed the problem within minutes as he diagnosed the problem and set me up with a new monitor cable. I was impressed with his computer knowledge as I asked him many questions and he answered them without talking down to me. Thanks David.
I hope not to have computer problems but if I do, they have my business. I would recommend them.

Not only did M&H do an excellent job repairing my computer, they also offered many very useful pieces of advice, and kindly. The work was done in a short time and reasonably priced with no hidden costs. These guys are up front. Now my computer is running at top speed and I am confident they will be in my corner if I should need work done again.

They were great! They gave me a free estimate and had it for me within a day after I dropped my tablet off to them. They also worked with me, I didn't want to pay the extra money for the repair so they ordered the last for me and I took it hope and did it myself! The man working gave me a few pointers on how to do it when I picked up the part also which I thought was awesome.

My laptop inexplicably entered into a Blue Screen of Death. Within a few days, my express repair at the this shop had my computer back up to speed. All data had been saved, the latest Windows software was up and running, and the price was far, FAR cheaper than a new computer would have been. I certainly hope to not need computer repair services again, but if I do, I know exactly where to go. David and his team are great at what they do!

Took our water cooled PC in when it was leaking. Allan was absolutely amazing! He listened and at first look, understood that the machine was an expensive show piece. Allan took great care to replace the tubing and add new much better hardware. Thank you!

I'm a 73 year old man who knows very little about computers. I was having a problem with outlook that I couldn't solve. The young man who helped me fixed it in about 30 seconds! They were very kind and nice. Give them a try when you have a computer problem.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with M&H. They are honest, fast, and patient with endless questions from the technologically clueless (like myself). When I had an old laptop that needed repair, they gave me multiple options for different things they could do at different price points. When I told them that I needed it ready before I went out of town at the end of the week, they bumped my computer to the top of their list. When the battery of the computer they sold me didn’t work well, they gave me another one for free. They are reasonably priced and explain everything that they do as well as why their repairs are priced the way they are. They were always friendly over the phone and in person, and their store has a really cute cat that always comes out to say hello! I really can’t recommend them enough for computer repair.

I brought my pc in because it wasn't communicating with my monitor. David gave me 20-25 minutes of his time. He repaired the issue, put it back together, and said "There you go!". I asked what I owed him, and he said "A review". I was stunned! They definitely have my business, and recommendation.

I bought a used MacPro from them and they transferred the life from my old one to the new one for half the price that Apple Store wanted. It ended up needing a new motherboard and they made good on the warranty. I had it back in less than a week. When the motherboard failed I was badly in need of a file that I was working on. They were able to find it and send it to me!
I also had them look at some old computers I had to see if they could be sold for parts. They assessed them at no cost to me. They are very helpful and really take time with each customer. I recommend them highly. I will likely buy my next computer from them.

I am typing this from my fixed computer as we speak. Not only do they fix your device well, they communicate efficiently with their customers. They know what parts go with what, and their prices are extremely generous. 5 stars is far too small a number I want to give, but it's the most Google will allow.

I was very pleased with the team here. Brought in my 7-8 year old IMac after it quit powering up. Thought all was lost. The guys saved all my files, got it up and running and offered some upgrades at a very reasonable price.

I'm a tech idiot and people who know the biz could easily take advantage of me. I took laptop in with a minor problem. They fixed it and refused to charge me. I'm impressed.

I took in my laptop for hardware repair and although there was a misunderstanding at first, the man was HONEST and FAIR in repairing my computer. Before bringing it here, I had called best buy and all they told me was that my computer was an old and I should just buy a new one.
I am very happy that I got my laptop repaired here :)

He stayed open late to get my pc going again as fast as possible. I would recommend David to anyone needing pc repair. His prices are very fair and he knows his stuff!

Couldn't seem to get my printer to work with Windows 10. Dave from M&H came to my house and fixed it. Excellant work there on time didn't take long. Very professional. Smart about all things on computors. So I would say if you need help call M&H.
