I reached out to the manager, Tom, prior to coming in to get a new set of tires. He was very helpful and quick with getting me some quotes on different styles and quality. We scheduled for me to come in the next week. Upon bringing my vehicle in, the staff was very prompt and efficient. The facility was tidy and clean and I was comfortably able to wait while my car was taken care of. Thank you!

Great! Conveniently located to my home. Right next to main highway rt19 and turnpike. Safe area! Many fast food stores right next door so you can eat while you wait. They also have a waiting area in the facility with TV if one is interested. Made appointment for 1pm, car went in at 1pm. Told service would take a little over an hour, car was done in a little over an hour.
Service completed as requested, no issues.

The employees at this location are amazing. I am a single mom with 4 kids and my car started over heating on the freeway. We were over 2 hours from home and 4 hours from our destination. They got us in quickly and took care of the issue. They were extremely helpful.

The management and staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent from start to finish. Never once did I feel like I was being "talked down to" about my car's needs or that I was being sold services that were not necessary (experiences I have dealt with in this industry). A huge thanks to Tom and Brad for their help and guidance. They were incredibly busy when I had work done, but I feel my car was completed in a timely manner. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the showroom/waiting area. I would highly recommend this Firestone and will definitely return.

Our appointment was promptly scheduled and our car was made available to us relatively quickly considering it needed new rotors and brake pads. The employees were very nice as well.

For my Tesla Model Y inspection, I got the service the same day as I called. The service duration was as promise. I have nothing to complaint about the service.

I was able to schedule an appointment online. I showed up early for my appointment and they were able to get me in right away and had me out in 20 minutes. They were quick, professional and efficient. I will be coming back again.
