Bitty & Beau's Coffee

Stopped by during a visit to Charlotte and was so pleasantly surprised! My niece got a strawberry banana smoothie and I got an iced matcha latte. Great customer service, friendly atmosphere and delicious offerings!

First time at Bitty and Beau’s with my fiancée for NYE, and I love the detail to the order. Frannie took our order expertly, and asked about specifics that I forgot to ask as a long time coffee lover. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place and great Location, I had a cold brew and a bagel with cream cheese. Lovely staff and manager was so helpful and super nice to her coworkers!
They have a huge map to mark where you are from with a Pin 📌.
I will be coming back to try more coffee and the cupcakes !

Mood booster - that is the way I would describe Bitty and Beau's. We were fortunate to visit when they were celebrating their one year anniversary, but I imagine anyone would have a five star experience here.

The coffee was top notch and they seemed to have a large menu of coffee and tea drinks both hot and cold. They also employ a large number of special needs staff that are a seamless part of the crew here. So cool.

We even walked out with a teddy bear and glass mug for free after spinning the wheel in celebration of their one year. Definitely stop by if you are in need of a coffee or a mood boost. This is one of the best coffee spots in Charlotte.

This place is a place I have dreamed of! Where everyone is accepted and my son fits right in!!! I’m so grateful for a place where I can show my son that he matters and is an EQUAL! The drinks were amazing and the staff was super friendly!!!!

It is so hard to walk into this place and not instantly be in a better mood than before you entered! I love to see everyone just thriving! Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. We ordered a mocha latte and a smoothie and both were amazing! I can’t wait to visit again! 💛

Nice place to sit down and have some coffee. Nice hoodies and travel mugs for sale.

I came in to do some work, plenty of spaces, wifi and power outlets to setup shop and sip on some good chai tea. The staff are very friendly, chill music, AC and cozy atmosphere. I didn't try the food, but their bagels, and sweets looked delicious.

Super cool set up and love how they chose to decorate the place. The customer service was perfect, super friendly. Even had someone at the door to greet everyone and hold the door for us. The coffee was really yummy, they have good flavor options and milk options. I will definitely be back and continue supporting!

A rather lovely venue, with friendly staff, good coffee and a laid back and inviting atmosphere. There's WiFi, plenty of power points and it was spotlessly clean. The chain is also built on a premise of helping those with disabilities, a wonderful endeavour. I hope that the chain can continue to expand and do even more good work.

Love, love, love this place! The atmosphere is guaranteed to put a smile on your face and brighten your day. The coffee is amazing and served by the sweetest staff. Ashley the owner was incredible!

Really good coffee!
The employees are all with mental health issues and some are on the spectrum, but it doesn't show.
They are polite and professional and the service is great.
The place is clean and organized and the decor is fun and inviting.

What a fantastic place to grab delicious coffee, buy some gifts, and enjoy a fabulous space! I got a dirty chai latte with added pumpkin spice flavoring (thanks to an astute recommendation by the barista). Of course it goes without saying we should be thankful to have such a noble establishment leading the way in the community to model how businesses should offer inclusive employment opportunities for those with disabilities.

We visited Bitty & Beau’s twice while visiting Charlotte. The coffee was excellent, and so was the staff! We had the best coffee shop experience!

We came to the grand opening. What an amazing inclusive place. My basket is very full knowing there are places like this here in Charlotte.

My wife’s ice coffee and my smoothie were excellent.

A lot of people give this place 5 stars because of their social mission. That's nice and all but I just think they have consistently good drip coffee. I don't order lattes or chais so I have no idea if they have any espresso prowess. But the drip coffee is the best in south end even if slightly more expensive. Puts NJC and Rhino to shame in the drip coffee game.

This coffee shop curates a great, welcoming environment. The service is fantastic, the coffee is great quality, and the space is great for co-working or meeting someone for a meeting.

A very nice, clean, quiet place. You can sit there and work, they have electric outlets to charge your phone or laptop. Friendly staff. They didn't have whole milk, which is weird for a coffee shop. I got a regular 16 oz medium roast coffee without milk and it was sour, it wasn't for me. I'm sure some people will love it though.

Love this coffee shop!! Great friendly atmosphere, fast service, and a very conducive place to work on school work, work from home, etc. Has nice seating both inside and outside and free Wi-Fi for guests.
