KK Bloom Boutique provided an excellent on-line shopping experience. My item was lovingly packaged, included my purchase receipt and a hand written thank you with initials of who wrapped it. As shopping becomes more popular on-line, and with as much as I shop, KK Bloom went above and beyond standard biz practices. Kudos to your team. I had a fantastic experience with KK Bloom Boutique. I bought a pair of booties with express shipping from them, and received them in 2 days. The shoes were packaged very carefully with a handwritten note and pretty pink packing paper.

I also emailed them in regards to my shipping process, in which they responded quickly and courteously.

Had a great experience after tracking down a button down duster that I had found locally in NJ but didn’t have in my size. KK had it in stock AND on sale. I stopped by KK Bloom for the first time, while visiting family in Charlotte. This boutique is super cute. They have a great selection of trendy clothes and the customer service is top notch! I went into the shop looking for one very particular item. A coral, lace dress for my sister's summer wedding. Lo and behold, they had the perfect one! Not only that, but I found a second dress that I couldn't leave without. I will definitely be visiting again, next time I'm in town.

The store is absolutely gorgeous, and they have the best selection of designers, jewelry and everything in between. The owner and employees are always so sweet and helpful. I absolutely love the feeling I get when I walk into this beautiful store. I was welcomed with a warm smile and hello. The girls are style experts and so helpful. I was looking for an outfit to wear to my friend's bachelorette weekend in Miami and they helped me find the perfect bodysuit to wear under a skirt I already owned. It was exactly what I was looking for at such a great price. Now they have such an amazing website so you can shop from anywhere at anytime. And when you receive your order it is like getting a gift in the most perfect package :)

Every time I come into KK Bloom I'm always welcomed by all of the employees which I appreciate so much! Then as I shop the customer service is amazing because the employees start me a dressing room whenever I start to carry clothes. I just love KK bloom its such a welcoming place to go.

The employees are super friendly and helpful. KK Bloom is just the cutest place ever! If you were looking for anything pink, rainbow, overly girlie and well priced - look no further! The owner, Kendrick is an industry pro and I am obsessed with her and her email campaigns (I respond to the majority of them with all the heart emojis). A serious Charlotte staple and am always so excited to see what's new!

KK Bloom is by far my favorite boutique in Charlotte! I get almost all of my clothes there. The jewelry is awesome, and I love how they use so many local artists. If you haven't shopped there yet, you are missing out!
